After a long walk, we reached the area where we will be staying. It's a seaside villa that looks really sumptuous even though the surroundings are purely nature. I glanced at the seashore and its water is very clear and blue, making it calming to look at.

Most haciendas that I know and I've been to have no beaches near since buying a property like that is very expensive, so I must say that Denver and his family are very wealthy as well.

"Solong solo n'yo itong buong parteng ito," sambit ni Mrs. Salvador. "Hindi kayo pupuntahan ng mga trabahador pwera kung dadalhan kayo ng pagkain at ng mga alak na para mamaya, since I know that you kids in today's generation love alcohol."

"Thank you, tita! Dabest ka talaga!" natutuwang saad ni Rengell.

Mahinang natawa doon si Mrs. Salvador bago nagpatuloy. "One-fourth of this land is all yours until tomorrow. But, incase you wanted to ride a horse or take a walk at the farm, don't do it on 11 AM to 3 PM, may ginagawang trabaho ang mga farmers doon."

When Mrs. Salvador left, we all planned about the things that we will be doing for today and tomorrow. Napagkasunduan ng lahat na ngayon ay sari-sarili muna kami ng gustong gawin. Basta't pagdating ng gabi ay sama-sama na kami sa dalampasigan dahil doon kami mag-iinuman. Para naman bukas na mismong araw ng kaarawan namin ni Zent ay mangangabayo kami sa palibot ng hacienda, maliligo sa dagat, at magkakaroon ng salu-salo bago umuwi pabalik ng Maynila.

We also agreed that all girls will sleep together, same with the boys.

"Kung dalawahan at magjowa ang pagtatabihin, hustisya naman sa mga tulad kong hindi kasama ang bebe," sabat ni Mauve.

"Bebe? Meron ka ba noon, Vennice?" pang-aalaska ni Rengell.

One thing I've seen in Rengell is that he's nosy. Ngayon naiintindihan ko na talaga kung bakit nga ba kay Xerxes mas malapit si Mauve.

"Kanina ka pang dada nang dada, Renj," Denver scoffed. "Such a tattletale."

"Conversationalist ang tawag doon, Denvs. Hindi ako tulad mong laging nagsusungit at mas lalong hindi naman ako katulad niyang si Lance na hindi nakikipag-usap."

"Hindi kita kinakausap dahil nakakatanga ka naman kausap," preskong sambit ni Lance.

"Let's get out of here," Xerxes whispered on my ear and placed his arm around my shoulders as we walk away.

"Nilayasan na tayo ng isa d'yan," pagpaparinig ni Rengell. "Bagay na bagay nga ang tawag diyang X! Tunay na ekis sadya sa mga taong nang-iiwan!"

"Mas nakakarindi pa 'yan pakinggan kesa sa kapatid mo," Xerxes scoffed.

"X, ingatan mo ang kapatid ko!" I heard Arlszent yell. Pareho kaming bahagyang natigilan sa paglalakad dahil sa sinabing iyon ni Zent. We're actually expecting that he'd be cursing Xerxes to hell but he just told him to take care of me.

"That's a first," matunog na ngumisi si Xerxes bago lumingon sa likod. "I will, brother!"

We've been walking for a while now and I still don't have an idea on where we're going that's why I tried to ask him.

"The barnyard at the rancho," he answered my question.

It took a while more before we reached the rancho. It's pretty far from the villa yet I didn't became tired walking because I was entertained seeing and admiring the surroundings.

"Hey there girl, I'm back," he whispered to the horse. It replied with a neigh when Xerxes caressed its forehead.
