"Let's date."

That's what Xerxes said after I opened the door of my unit at eight o'clock in the morning. He's looking casual with black linen shorts, Fly Emirates jersey shirt, and white Nike Vapormax shoes.

"I'll just change. Wait for a while," I let him inside to wait for me before I went inside my room.

For sure we'll just have a casual type of date and it won't be a fancy one so I just settled with white smocked puff sleeve top, black plaid miniskirt, and flatform sandals before putting my phone, wallet, and other important tiny stuffs inside my Bali rattan bag that Xerxes gave me last Valentine's day. After that, we both left the condo.

Three days already passed since we had our outing in Batangas and now that we're back in Manila, we stick with just malling around, eating at different cuisines, and just hanging out either at his place or mine.

Enrollment's still few weeks away so for today's present time, there's nothing much to do but enjoy the vacation.

"You hungry? Want to eat?" aya sa akin ni Xerxes matapos ang napakahabang araw ng pagsasaya.

Supposedly, pauwi na kami kaninang alas-syete pero bigla kong napagdesisyunang magpabutas ulit ng tenga kaya naman sinamahan niya ako.

I got another piercing and it's on my left helix! Some people might say that it doesn't look decent on women to have more than one pair of earrings but I do believe that decency is not found on how we look on the outside. If you know how to respect, stand up clean, and do the right thing, then that's considered a decent human being.

"Bakit? Kakain ba tayo sa labas?" I asked him. He just replied with a grin before pulling me by the hand towards his Audi and driving out.

He parked his car at a fancy restaurant and he opened the door for me, as always. First time ko lang na kakain dito sa restaurant na napili ni Xerxes at ang kapaligiran kaagad ang napansin ko pagpasok. It has a very welcoming ambiance!

"What do you want?" he asked me. We're both looking at the menu that the waiter gave us and trying to choose what to eat.

"I'll have the creamy bacon chicken and also, I'll try your Salad de la Maison. For the drink…" I was about to say iced coffee but then, I remembered that I drank a large mug earlier at home and also when we went to Starbucks so Xerxes would surely not allow me to drink another again. I decided to choose something else. "Champagne demi-sec."

"Two orders of that," Xerxes told the waiter and it already walked away when he finished jotting down our orders.

Xerxes suddenly stood up from the chair in front of me and transferred beside me. Nasa pinakadulong parte at kasulok-sulukan ang napili naming maupuan dahil na rin siguro sa ito na lang ang bakante ngayon dahil sa dami na ng nagd-dinner dito.

He usually does that every time we dine out so I didn't mind him and just opened my phone to browse on my socials, specifically my Instagram. Good thing that there's free WiFi here so I do not experience any hardship refreshing my feed. I checked my direct messages and saw Elijah's name there.

elijahvalentin:  Hey. Just want you to know that there'll be no more wedding between me and Kaile.

My jaw dropped after reading his message and before I could even type a reply to give him comfort, I suddenly froze when I felt a hand caressing my thighs.
