"Are you sure okay lang sa'yo na sa Netherlands ako for six years?" I asked Xerxes for the nth time.

"Leigne…" natatawa nitong tinig. "If parting ways will make us reach our dream, then so be it. Ano pa't gumraduate tayo kung hindi naman natin aabutin ang pangarap natin?"

"You're fine with LDR?" I asked him while pouting my lips.

"As long as you're coming home to me after everything, I'm at ease."

I went to his direction and sat on his thighs before giving him a hug and burying my face on his neck. "I'm sorry I won't be with you on special events like our third anniversary. And the next anniversaries, also your birthdays—"

"Doll, you're talking as if we'll never see each other again," he let out a soft chuckle.

"And you're talking as if you won't miss me!" I hissed and then looked at him with arched brows. "Are you going to miss me?"

"I am going to miss you," he worded sweetly. "Don't think about it yet. We still have three months to be together, baby."

"You'll take me to the airport on the day of my flight, right?" I asked softly.

"Yes, I will," he promisingly replied. "Kaya tumayo ka na dahil nakakaamoy na ako ng palpak na pagkain."

"Oh my God!" Bigla akong napatayo at bumalik sa tapat ng kalan upang patayin na iyon at ilagay ang pagkain sa plato. It's not that burned anyway, tinikman ko iyon at ayos pa rin naman ang lasa.

Three months left and I'll be flying to The Netherlands to start my flight training in KLM. According to my mom, I need to achieve fifty flight hours and then, I'll be getting my PPL or Private Pilot License. After that, I'll be needing 250 flight hours next to get the CPL or Commercial Pilot License. And lastly, 1,500 flight hours to get my ATPL. Airline Transport.

Five to six years is what I'd take to become an airline transport pilot so that's also how long I will be far away from Xerxes.

He, on the other hand, will be having four years for the med proper, then a year for post-graduate internship. A total of five years too but it doesn't end there because he said that after his board exams, he will be entering the residency.

The years of residency depends on the type that's chosen to take. 3 years for Anesthesia, Pedia, and Internal Medicine. 4 years for OB-Gyne, Patho, Radio, and Psychiatry. Then 5 years for Surgery.

For future cardiologists, they should be taking Internal Medicine, which means Xerxes will be having three years of residency before he become a cardiologist. Overall, it would take him eight years to fully become a doctor. Jeez! That's too long!

"Doll…" mahina nitong pahayag sa nanlalambing na tono.

Kasalukuyan kaming nakahiga ngayon sa higaan ng kanyang kwarto dito sa mansyon. Gabing gabi na at oras na ng pagtulog pero heto siya't sinisimulan na naman ang panggugulo sa akin.

"I miss being inside of you…"

"Sleep, Gorostiza." I rolled my eyes and covered myself with his warm comforter.

"I'm not yet drowsy," ungkot niya. "I want you."

"Sleep," I ordered with conviction before closing my eyes. I heard him growl in frustration as he embrace me with his arms instead.
