"Chupoy, tama na landi. School premises 'to," usal ni Mauve.

Pareho naman kaming natawa ni Xerxes doon at napabitaw sa isa't isa. Nilingon ko ang gawi ni Mauve kung saan naroroon din sina Garri at Ayesha.

"Girls, here's X Gorostiza," I introduced before facing back at Xerxes. "And these two are Garri Eigan and Ayesha Redesma."

"Matagal ka nang gusto makilala ng mga 'yan sa personal," singit ni Mauve habang nakaturo sa dalawa.

"Well, we deserve to know who's the first guy who took the coquettish Arleigne Reimers' heart," Ayesha snickered.

"Wait, magpinsan kayo ni Mauve, right?" Garri asked. "Bakit hindi kayo hawig? I mean, ang gwapo mo tapos ang panget ni Mauvey."

Because of what Garri remarked, Mauve glared at her at pulled her hair. Xerxes chuckled at that remarked and even agreed.

"Ampon 'yan," gatong ni Xerxes kaya ito naman ay sinuntok ni Mauve sa braso dahilan upang lahat kami ay matawa.

"You're all scabby!" Mauve rolled her eyes. "Anyway, aalis na ako kasi nagmamadali talaga ako."

When Mauve left, Xerxes asked me in a low tone if I had already told my friends about going to Quezon for my birthday. I shook my head as an answer so he turned to face my friends again.

"Leigne's birthday is approaching," Xerxes began.

"Yes, we know. On Sunday," tumango-tango si Ayesha.

"Yeah, and we'll be celebrating it at my cousin's hacienda in Quezon. You're invited too. Sabado aalis dahil two days and one night tayo doon. Kay Mauvennice kayo sasabay papunta at pabalik. Will you go?" saad ni Xerxes.

"Of course we'll go! That's our best friend's special day!" Ayesha agreed.

"That's great," Xerxes smiled at them. We had a little more talk at the parking lot before Xerxes decided that we'd leave.

"Teka, paano ang sasakyan ko?" tanong ko nang sabihin niyang sa kanya ako sasabay.

"Oh, I'll take care of it!" Garri took my keys. "Nasa talyer pa ang sasakyan ko so I don't have a ride to the condo. Ako na ang magdadala ng kotse mo, same residence naman tayo, iba lang ang building. Iwan ko na lang sa desk utility iyong susi mo."

When my friends already left, it's only Xerxes and I who are left in the parking lot. He held my hand and he planted a kiss at the back of it.

"Coffee date? Hmm?" aya niya. "Tag-lamig ngayon."

"Sure," pagpayag ko at binigyan siya ng matamis na ngiti. He opened the shotgun seat for me and I slid inside it. Since it's cloudy today and the wind's a bit strong, he had his roofs down as we drive out of PATTS.

"Bakit hindi iyong pinaka mura mong sasakyan ang dala mo ngayon? Baka mabaril itong BMW mo, sayang," I joked.

He let out a snort. "Ito ang binuhay ng magaling mong kapatid kaninang umaga, anong magagawa ko?"

I laughed before asking him how he was doing yesterday and what happened for today.

"Yesterday? Well, after you left, I got irritated hearing your brother's sarcastic words. Then today, it's just the same. Patuloy lang talaga sa pambabara sa akin si Zent," he scoffed. "Oh wait, meron pa pala."

"What is it?" I curiously asked.

"Your brother made Barton's dickface bleed a while ago at the car park. Actually, he got knocked out because of those punches," he casually said.
