It was later the day and Maya was just going through the book that her mother bought her.
She sighs as she realizes she isn't much better of at the hospital than at her home.
The door goes open and she sees her boyfriend which makes her smile.
"Hey I thought you had class," Maya said.
"Canceled at the last minute for some reason. Heard my niece was here," Josh said giving Maya a kiss.
"Yeah she, Lucas and the kids came to pop in. I can't wait to get out of this place. I've had it with the hospital," Maya said.
"Youre just bored that's all. What have you been doing today?" Josh asked.
"Not much but I am thankful that I actually can get through everything else. Riley keeping me company really helped. Those kids of her are growing so fast," Maya said.
"Hey. Who would have guessed she would have two three week babies? Her life is crazy but I think ours are still on top," Josh said.
"Yeah your girlfriend's life is crazy and not very good. I'm a mess," Maya said.
"No you're not. Maybe not as big as you think," Josh said.
"Yeah. I just want to get out of this place. The doctor gave me the time of Friday then I'll be back home but I can't go back to school just yet. I have to take it easy. The fastest I can gi back to school is in two weeks so I can properly recover," Maya said.
"Yeah and I'll make sure that you do that. That's a promise," Josh said making Maya smile.
"Yeah. Can I ask toy a question?" Maya asked and Josh nods.
"Do you ever wish things were different?" Maya asked.
"Yes and no. I do wish that I came to my senses earlier. But how things are I would never change. I love you Maya and I will never stop," Josh said.
"I love you too," Maya said giving Josh a hug.
