Two weeks later and with all kids and young people getting ready to write finals in the next week or so everything is a mess but not actually.
It is actually stuff like this which keeps everyone going and makes sure Maya doesn't break down at every second sight.
She was much calmer since her father visited and now she can honestly say she is okay.
Not just her parents and the Matthews but also Josh has been supporting her so much she doesn't know how she would be able to ge anything done without him.
But there was huge news that was waiting to be shared and that happened tonight.
Of course Maya knew what her mother and Shawn wanted to say but kept it as quiet as possible since they wanted to tell them.
"Okay Shawn. What is it? We're all here so you can just as well tell her us what is going on," Cory said.
"We're getting married," Katy said.
"What! Congratulations guys," Topanga said going over to congratulate the couple.
Maya was still standing aside with Josh and just smiled at the good reactions.
It was everything her parents wanted and now she knows they won't ever give up.
Shawn made it official.
"Congratulations Maya. Thought you didn't know of anything," Riley said.
"It was Shawn's news to be told. Not mine. I'm really happy for you guys," Maya said.
"Thank you. It means a lot to us knowing you are behind us. It means a lot to me," Shawn said.
"Anytime. As long as you take care of her," Maya said.
"Yeah you have a lot of pressure from everyone about that," Cory said making everyone laugh.

"Are you really okay with everything? I know hwo you are sometimes a bit out of control about this entire thing with your mom and Shawn."
Mayga and Josh were at his apartment getting away from everyone while it wasn't needed to calm her down or something.
She was both calm and very happy.
"Yeah I am. I'm so happy for them. At least he knows what he is getting himself into," Maya said.
"Yeah. Let's hope so. Your mother is... Not the best mother. But I'm sure she and Shawn will be happy," Josh said.
"I love you, you know that?" Maya said.
"I love you too," Josh said crashing their lips to each other.
