"Lexi we seriously need a girls night out, I'm with Oliver and you are with Kade and we hardly spend any time together." Kate said to me as we walked out the school.
I nodded and smiled as I saw Kade standing by Cameron's car.
"Lexi, are you even listening to me?" Kate asked a bit annoyed.
"Yes," I mumbled as I continued to watch Kade. Kade saw me and I ran up to him and he grabbed me in his arms and spun me around.
"Hey Beautiful." Kade said as he put me down.
"Hay." I whispered a bit shyly.
"I have to do a project with Cameron this afternoon so I will be coming home with you guys." Kade said as Kate finally got to us.
"Lexi," Kate said out of breath from running after me, "You were so not listening to me," She said trying her hardest to glare at me.
"Sorry Blonde," I chuckled at her,
"Kade, you're stealing my Best Friend," Kate said as she put her hands on her hips.
Kade chuckled and put his arm around my waist.
"No I'm not," Kade said and looked down at me his blue eyes shinning brightly.
"Hay guys!" Cameron shouted as he walked to us, walking all cool.
"Hay," Kate mumbled, I obviously put her in a bad mood.
"Kate we can go to the bowling alley tonight, ok?" I said smiling, her face brightened up and replied, "Ok, see you at seven." Kate replied and gave me a quick hug.
"What was that all about?" Cameron asked putting his sports bag into the boot.
"Kate thinks Kade is stealing me." I said and rolled my eyes a bit.
"We still on for today?" Cameron asked Kade, Kade nodded and jumped into the front seat of the car.
I put my school bag in the boot and got into the back of the car.
As I got in it felt hot and clammy. "Cameron please put the air con on?" I asked as I closed my door shut.
"No I want to make you look all sweaty and ugly so Kade won't love you anymore," Cameron said teasingly.
I sighed and opened my window and it started making that horrible noise where you can't here anything.
"Fine I will put it on, just close the window!" Cameron shouted and I smirked as I closed the window.
We set off onto the road towards our house.
"What project do you have?" I asked staring out the window watching the cars drive past us in a blur.
"Some History research stuff." Kade replied.
I heard a familiar tune on the radio and smiled. "Please put the volume up." It was Wild Hearts by The Vamps. I loved this song.
Cameron knew I liked it and he put it up full blast, "Thanks," I shouted over the song. I sang along to the song, trying to remember each word.
Suddenly I lurched forward, Cameron was slamming on breaks, I looked out my window and a car was going through the red robot and it wasn't slowing down.
I bent forward covering myself as the car hit us straight on. Everything happened in slow motion. The window shattering. The sound of metal crunching, everything going black.
My eyes opened and I had the biggest headache. I looked around me and the car was turned on its side. I couldn't have been out for that long because I was still underneath and so was Cameron still in the drivers seat. I couldn't tell if he was ok or not.
