[Craig! What will you get here?]
“Mom, I’ll be there in a few hours… we still have another connecting flight…” sabi ni Craig habang iniintay ang gamit nya mula sa carousell nang airport…
[Ok, your Lola is very excited to see you…]
“Is it Lola or you are the one who’s excited to see me…”

A few hours later, Craig finally arrived at his grandparent’s house. It was his grandparents from his mom’s side. It’s been years since he last saw his mom who visits him in the Philippines. His parents live in the States.
Agad na pumunta si Craig sa kwarto nang lolo nya. He saw his grandfather laying on the bed with tubes connected to his body. Also a breathing tube is connected to make him breath better…
“Hello Lolo, how are you feeling?” tanong ni Craig…
“Still breathing…”
“Lolo even though you’re laying in bed you still have that sense of humor…” sabi ni Craig…
“I’m old already, there’s nothing much to do…” sabi nang matanda
Hindi na masyadong nakipag kwentuhan si Craig sa Lolo nya, dahil alam nyang kailangan nitong mag pahinga… Pagkagaling ni Craig sa kwarto ay pumunta sya sa garden para naman kamustahin ang lola nya…
“Craig I have something to give you…” sabi nang Lola ni Craig…
“Sure, what is it Lola?” tanong ni Craig… Nakita ni Craig na may kinuha ang lola nya sa kanyang bulsa…Then she took his hand a place a small object… Nagulat si Craig nang Makita kung ano ang binigay nang lola nya sa kanya…
“What’s this?” tanong ni Craig habang hawak hawak ang bagay na binigay nang lola nya sa kanya…
“That’s my engagement ring that your Lolo gave to me… Which he got from his mother… I wanted you to have it…”
Naguguluhan si Craig sa mga sinasabi nang lola nya… “What? Why are you giving this to me…” tanong ni Craig…
“Because I want you to have it…” sabi nang matanda…
