"This is the stupidest thing I have ever done." Gabbey declared, arms crossed as she stared down at the city. Little red devil horns poked through the curly mess of her hair and her black cape swirled around her from the wind.
"If there was another way, I wouldn't be doing this either," Gajeel grunted, not sporting any horns but wearing the same cape that the other Dragon Slayers were sporting.
"I don't think I can actually destroy the city on purpose." Wendy mumbled, watching as Natsu marched himself onto the rooftop, the King tied to a pole.
"Just scare the people then, kid," Gajeel responded gruffly.
"I-I don't think I can do that either!"
"I am the Great Demon King Dragneel!" Natsu cackled over the city, fire bursting from his mouth. "I've taken all this world's magic power!"
"S-save us!
"What are you doing, me?!" Edolas Natsu demanded.
"Well, don't think you got much of a choice anymore," Gabbey commented.
"I'm the one. . .who beat your king!" Natsu declared. "Maybe I'll let him live just as a special favor!"
"Your highness!"
"The King. . ."
"How terrible!" The city dwellers cried out in a panic. Natsu swiped his arm out.
"Redfox! Marvel! O-Other Redfox! Destroy the city, my loyal servants!"
"Oh, he did not!" Gabbey seethed, fists clenched. Not wanting the plan to fail because of a simple punch, Gabbey threw herself off the building and held her palms out to the one across from them. "Metal-Make; Iron Vines!"
While Gajeel easily destroyed the building they were standing on with a single swipe from his Iron Sword, Gabbey crushed her target with masses of metal vines.
"Who the hell are these guys?!"
"His arm turned into a sword!"
"Where did those vines come from?!"
"The city!"
"Are they metal?"
"That's a great villain who is trying to destroy this city!" Gabbriel's head perked up at her brothers Edolas persona's voice. "They are truly a group bent on doing evil!"
Not surprised he found out what was happening, Gabbey thought, winking at Edolas Gajeel when he turned back around to face them. She just turned to catch Wendy's fail attempt to scare a little boy, if anything he looked confused.
Her mouth perked up into a smile as Gajeel slid behind Wendy, giving his death stare towards the boy. The young boy screamed in fright and dashed away, crying and blubbering the whole time. Wendy seem to deflate, but Gabbey couldn't help but feel proud.
Gajeel's looking out for his guildmates.
"Just look! This is all their doing!" Edolas Gajeel proclaimed.
"Destroy more of the city, my servants!" Natsu demanded more.
"Punk!" Gabbey snarled.
"Shut up with the 'servant' thing already, you jerk!" Gajeel complained.
"Whatever, just do it!"
"He's talking like he's hot stuff. . ." Gajeel grumbled, turning around to cause more havoc. Gabbey let out a big grin suddenly, clasping her hands together and slowly drawing her right arm back.
