I sat in third period,bored with my life. I tapped my pen on my desk repeatedly,already finished with the essay we had to write on Ebola. When the bell finally rang,I slowly stood up,picking up my books. I walked out of the room to be met with Kara in the hall.
"Wow you look pretty down today."
"Sorry. I just hardly got any sleep last night."
"You should come to my house Friday. I'm having a little kickback with just close friends. Bring Craig too if you want."
"I probably won't."
"Yall still having problems?"
"No we're better."
She looked at me,confused. "Okay?"
"Okay." I said,chuckling.
"Well I'm gonna go find my baby. See you later boo."
"Byeee."
I saw Craig and the same group of boys hanging out by the restrooms. I walked up to him and he smiled,giving me a hug and kiss.
"Hey babe." He said,grabbing my arm.
"I'm thinking about leaving school early you coming?"
"Why what's wrong?"
"I'm tired." I said. He laughed.
"Cause I kept you up all last night."
I hit him on the arm. "Yea right."
He laughed. "Well go on home and get some sleep. See you later babe."
"Bye." I twirled my car keys in my hand,whistling as I walked to the car.
I got in the car,cranking it up. All of a sudden,I felt something cover my face,and as I struggled to breathe,I passed out.
