~A year later~

"They are so adorable!" Stevie cooed as Christine slowly placed the dark haired infants into their small play pen that set up on a fluffy rug, she had just fed and burped them and knew it was their little bit of play time until they got tired.

"They are, my little miracles and I can't believe they just turned a year old!"Christine chuckled, smiling warmly at Stevie who was sat on the sofa, gently rocking her daughter who was only a few months younger.

"I know, we sure come a long way, so have they!" Stevie smiled watching nostalgically as the babies began crawling around, she was so grateful that they had all muddled through the dramas, all the stress of the truth coming out about her fling with John. It was all over with though and pretty much had been straight away, Lindsey even seemed over it and Christine sure did too almost instantly of course and she had even up confiding in Stevie about her almost fling with Mick which surprised Stevie but Stevie also knew that Christine understood how the lines of friendships and relationships blurred immensely when influenced by drugs and emotions.

"You helped me so much to cope when they were in hospital for those weeks, you and John made me feel like I wasn't a failure, I will always thank you for that because I still blame myself and my sterilisation on them being born early!" Christine explained siting down beside Stevie and resting her hand on her leg, it had felt like it took her well over six months to even heal from the birth and she had been sore and struggling with her recovery for longer than expected, the C-section as well as the natural birth had really taken a toll on her body, she also was so tired and still felt tired all the time, but the happiness outweighed it all.

John had pampered her though and Stevie had done her best too, despite being pregnant herself.  Christine had wanted to turn to drugs and alcohol so badly once the babies were out of her body and when she was released from the hospital but she felt she couldn't because at least she could still feed the babies with her milk and then also they learnt to suckle once they were old enough which made her so happy to be able to breastfeed them and she still was.  The twins were her world and John doted on her and them with everything he had too, the McVie's were the happiest they had ever been.

"Hello you pair, how is the kids?" John smiled walking into the room and leaning over to lay a kiss in Christine's hair.  He was so grateful and happy that they finally had their own little family, their marriage was going well and they were the proud parents of Jeffrey Cyril and Beatrice Lynn McVie, their own little twin babies and life finally seemed perfect after so many years of their ups and downs, their drug and alcohol issues and all the storms of Fleetwood Mac but now the missing piece in their lives felt filled and they couldn't even recall what life had been like without waking through the night and then pampering too hungry crying babies, it was their life now and they were both overjoyed.

"They are good, just having a play before their nap time!" Christine chuckled and John smiled happily.

"And how is Bella?" Lindsey smiled, walking into the room behind John and waving to his daughter that Stevie was beaming at, Lindsey felt beyond happy about his marriage to Stevie and about their own daughter after all the years and daydreams about marriage and children and now he had Annabella Lavender Buckingham Nicks who looked exactly like him besides having Stevie's facial features but she was the perfect blend of both of them and Lindsey had no doubts that she was his, he finally felt like they had what their destiny was meant for them to have many, many years before they were roped into the craziness and love of Fleetwood , married, a baby and their music career.

Mick was happily dating Carol Ann too and they had a partying and fun relationship, Carol Ann felt so much more respected and valued in her relationship with Mick than she ever did with anyone else, Mick was fun, kind and respectful to her and it was refreshing and they were going great together too.

All their lives turned out, rumours may have ruined them, but love bought them all back together again, like the family they would always be, nothing would break the chain!
