"I'm still mad at you." You tell Nathan when you had changed out of your bathing. You all were back in the hotel after about two hours in the pool.
"But I know you still love me." He looked up at you and grinned.
"How can you be so sure?" You tease.
"Who wouldn't? Just look at me!" He opened his arms out wide and slowly spun in a circle. You laugh. He walks up to you, wraps his arms around you and looks into your eyes. You pretend like you're gonna kiss him, but at the last minute pull away. He looked shocked then sad.
"Thought you were gonna get a kiss?" You say. He nodded sadly and stuck out his bottom lip. You laugh and kiss his lips. "Happy now?"
"Not yet." He says and kisses you again, this time longer. "Now I am."
"I don't think I can apologize enough for not listening to you." You say in a whisper.
He takes your hands. "That's all behind us now. Don't worry about it."
"But the lads said you almost made yourself sick."
"I almost did, yeah."
"I was just really hurt." You say.
"I understand. I might've acted the same way." He says. He kisses you again.
"Hey, Nath, you know ho-" Tom barges in. "Oh. Uh, sorry." He says, embarrassed. You and Nathan laugh.
"Yes, Tom?"
"It's in." Was all he said. "That's the best I can put it without revealing anything."
"That's fine. I know what you're talking about.
"What's that?" You ask, pointing to a magazine in Tom's hand that you just noticed.
"Nothing! I mean, it's nothing. Just a magazine."
"Okayyyy." You say. Weird, you think.
"Nathan, can we speak in the hall?" Tom asks.
"Yeah." Nathan said, then turned to you. "I'll be just a minute."
"It's fine." You kiss his cheek and let go of his hands. He walks into the hall with Tom and closes the door behind them.
You walk into the kitchen and look in the fridge. You grab a water and knock on Jay's door.
"Hey." He says when he answers.
"Can I come in?" You ask. "Tom and Nathan are in the hall talking about something. Tom said 'It's in' and Nath got all excited." You shrug.
"Oh, yeah. Sure." He steps aside to let you in.
"You know what's 'in', don't you?" You ask him.
"Yep." He says. "All the guys do. We're all helping the boy with something."
"I figured." You say, sighing and sitting on his bed.
"Cheer up. You'll know soon, hopefully."
"That would be nice." You laugh. So does Jay. "Thanks again for being there for me after what happened with Nath." You tell him.
"It's no problem. You're my best friend, so why wouldn't I be there?" He says, sitting beside you. You shrug. "I'm just happy that you and him are back together."
