The door burst open, and Twilight looked up. He saw Wind, who was breathing heavily. He looked like he had seen a ghost.

"Is everything alri-"
"A tree fell on Warrior!"
"What!?"
He stood up.
"A tree fell on Warrior. I don't know what to do, I need help."
"Uh, okay!"

Twilight ran out, following Wind. They stopped in front of Warrior. His left leg was stuck under the trunk of a tree.

"Twilight, he passed out. I don't know what to do."
"Um, uh, I think we, uh, should try to move the tree."

Don't freak out, don't freak out. That wouldn't help.

Twilight put a hand over his chest and took a deep breath.

Calm down. It's fine. This is fine.

"Um, okay. You try to push that side, and I'll get this one."
Wind nodded and walked over to the tree. Just before he started to push, he froze.
"I have an idea."

He ran back to the house and soon came back with a bracelet. He put it on and started pushing the tree. He was able to move it himself.

Wind smiled at Twilight and said,
"Power bracelets."
Twilight nodded and said,
"Good idea. Let's get Warrior back to the house."

It had been a good hour, and Time was still in the corner mumbling to himself.

Legend had woken up. He was noticeably concerned for Warrior.
Sky, however, was not awake yet. That guy sure was a heavy sleeper.

Twilight was still extremely stressed about, well, everything. What wasn't there to be stressed about? Almost everyone was either hurt, freaking out, or upset.

Wild and Warrior were injured, Wind was upset, Time was still in the corner freaking out. That left him and Legend to take care of everyone, because Wind wouldn't cooperate.

Time was barely saying anything now. He was being much quieter.
Actually, it seemed like he was crying.

Twilight walked over to him.
"Time? Is everything alright?"
To his surprise, Time actually answered.
"No...."
He didn't like that answer.
"What's wrong?"
"It doesn't matter."
"If you're this upset about it, it must be something."
"It doesn't concern you. Go help Legend."

Time looked up and wiped his eyes with his sleeve. He stood up and walked out the door.

All this "third time's a charm" bullshit. Surely it meant nothing. He was just losing his mind.

If only there was a simple solution....
Death.
...
No.
No.
No, that would he no good.
They needed him.

Twilight needed him.
Wild needed him.

Without him, all Twilight would do is worry.

The group as a whole needed him.
He kept them together.
Of course, Sky could do that.
But Sky was rarely here.

He was always here. What would he do back at home? What even was home to him? Was it the farm?
...
That was the only thing he could think of, so probably. If it was the only option.

Honestly, the only reason he stuck around was because of those two things. He was important to the others and...
Malon.
She was important.

He sighed and walked around to the back of the house. He walked for a while, ending up far away from he house. He could only just see it.

He sat down and took a razor blade out of his pocket. It had been so long since he had done this. And he didn't really want to. But...
Well...
Whatever. He was doing it. Anyway, it was only going to be this one time.

He took a deep breath, and...

Cut.

He didn't really make much of a difference.

Cut.

Twilight would still worry about everything.

Cut.

Wild would still kill himself over and over again.

Cut.

Wild would still be sad.

Cut.

Twilight would still care too much about others to take care of himself.

Cut.

Wind would still pester Wild.

Cut.

Warrior would still be cocky.

Cut.

Wind would still be a goofball.

Cut.

Legend would still be sarcastic.

Cut.

Sky would still be an angel.

Cut.

Sky would be a better leader than him.

Cut.

It wouldn't matter if he tried to help Wild.

Cut.

Even with time travel, he still couldn't save anyone.

Cut.

He was useless.

Cut.

A waste of space.

Cut.

A waste of time.

Cut.

He wasn't much of a hero.

Cut.

Heroes help people.

Cut.

He only hurt people.

Cut.

He shouldn't be here.

Cut.

He didn't want to exist anymore.

Cut.

He wanted to die.

Cut.

That was all.

Cut.

He was alone.

Cut.

They'd heal.

Cut.

They would be able to handle it.

Cut.

But he couldn't heal.

Cut.

So he'd do the next best thing.

Cut.

Accept death.

Cut.

He just wanted to leave.
To no longer be here.

He wished he were dead.
