5:00 am palang ay nagising na ako. Pumunta ako sa kusina at tinignan ko sa ref kung anong pwedeng iluto. Hindi pa kasi gising si Tita Carla, Kaya naisipan kong ako nalang muna ang magluluto. May karne ng baka sa freezer. Siguro beef steak nalang ang iluluto ko. Binuksan ko yung speaker at nagpatugtog. Hininaan ko lang ang volume. Napapasabay ako sa kanta habang nagluluto.

Bigla na naman akong nalungkot. Namimiss ko na siya. Ilang taon pa ang kailangang lumipas bago siya uuwi dito sa Pinas.
