I'll grab a coffee cup or two,
To cure my craving for that bitter brew.
Feel a rush of energy travel through you,
An exhilarating feeling that I never knew.
I can stay awake and study harder throughout the night,
And not feel tired when the sun shines bright.
Feeling calm and clear with more time to spend,
I like this state I never want it to end.
When I begin to feel tiredness prick at my eyes,
I grab another cup of coffee and down it flies.
I am so awake that is all I can be,
I don't feel stuck or tired I am so free!
I will forever adore the magic of that coffee bean,
And that is why I love caffeine!
