Avery's POV

i threw on some ripped pants with a white drop top and my dirty nike air force ones.

i went back and forth on choosing an outfit.

"you should wear that."
jake said from behind me.

i turn around and face the door seeing him.

"really? i feel like the pants look weird."
i say.

he shakes his head no getting closer.

"i don't think so."
he says.

i nod at him and smile before leaning in for a kiss.

"i love you."
i say.

"i love you too."
he says back.

we walk down the stairs seeing the boys on their phones.

sadly, colby was the only lonely one along with brennen but at least they have themselves.

i was doing a movie night with my boyfriend, Jake, and his friends and their girlfriends- at least some of them.

like sam has kat and corey has devyn and aaron has tori.

(pretend the two couples are still together for this)

i walk into the kitchen pulling out some fruit for a small dinner.

"hey fellas. how are you guys?"
i ask.

"good."
corey responds.

"anyone know when the movie starts?"
i asked

"i think around 8."
same said pulling out his phone and looks at it.

"no. it starts around 9."
colby said.

"i said think. stupid."
sam said looking at colby.

"me stupid. you got a big head."
colby says.

they keep bickering as i roll my eyes walking into the kitchen.

i eat from my bowl of fruit waiting for a response from uber.

i look at colby and him and sam we're making random faces into a camera while answering questions from a Q&A, seems they stopped.

they are such girls, i chuckle at the thought.

my phone lit up and i looked down.

your uber has arrived. a black USV with black and a male named Harry.

"the uber is here. tori, devyn, and kay said they'd meet us there."
i say.

jake comes over and holds my hand as we make our way to everyone else.

we head down to the lobby before getting into the car.

we arrive at the movie theatre and i see kat.

kat runs and sam holds out his arms, she goes past him and straight to me.

"Avery!"
she gushed.

"Kat!"
i said back smiling.

we walk into the movie theatre and the boys pay for everything before we watch the movie, It 2.

i sat next to Jake as the movie started.

i downed the popcorn as i stared at the screen with jakes hand on my thigh.

it was funny so far nothing to scary. but it got to the point to where every few seconds there was a jump scare and i'd jump.

a jump scare happened and i shrieked.

a few people turned around and shushed, the boys looked over and started laughing.

i look back at the tv and see a spider looking thing and i full on scream so bad bad his into jakes arm.

"shut the hell up!"
some man yelled.

"why don't you, asshole?"
colby yelled back standing up.

the man huffed and turned around and colby sat down.

"is it gone?"
i asked jake as i blocked my eyes.

he chuckled and nodded.

"yes, love. the spider is gone. we can leave if u want."
he offered.

i shook my head no.

"it's fine. i just got a little scared. i'm just happy you were here to help me."
i say.

he looks at me and smiles before leaning in to kiss me.

i smile back and face the screen cuddled more into his side.

"jake?"
i asked.

"yes?"
he replied.

"i love you."
i say.

"i love you too."
he says to me.

"i'm sorry if i annoyed you by jumping on you. it's just i got scared easily."
i say.

he chuckles.

"you're good. i'm happy i can be your shoulder to cry on."
he jokes.

i chuckle and hit his arm before focusing on the movie.
