"Promise me that you will come out from the operating room alive." Hanbin held V's hand "When dad left us, I stood as the father in our family and I know when I left and never came back it was you who stood as the father for our family, you are brave. I know that you will survive."

"To be honest, I'm afraid. I don't know if I can make it if my body can make it but for our family, I will be brave and strong. I asked Jennie noona if I can see you before my operation, I just want to know if you're really alive so that I can have another reason to fight. "V smiled at his brother who is sitting next to his hospital bed "When you disappeared, we already accepted the fact that you will never come back, I hated you because just like dad, you abandoned us. You are worse than dad because you didn't even say goodbye. I saw how mom and noonas struggled to keep our family intact while we're mourning over you. It wasn't me who stood as the father, it was them. They did everything for me, they are showing me that they are strong but I know deep inside, they are struggling and hurting."

"I'm sorry. I don't know how many times I've said that to you and to the people I wronged, especially to Lisa but I'm really sorry. I was being irresponsible."

"You weren't just being irresponsible, what you did to Lisa is deviant and unforgivable. If I was Lisa I wouldn't ever forgive you. I don't know how Lisa managed to forgive, maybe because of her love for Jennie noona. This is also the reason why I wanted to see and talk to you, to say all my resentment towards you." V slowly shook his head while tears streaming down from his eyes "But I love you, brother. If Lisa forgave you then who I am not to? Please stay and don't leave us again."

Hanbin squeezed V's hand while he cried with his brother "I won't leave you again."

"Sir, confirmed. Mr. Chu meets Mr. Kim Jongin here in Seoul."

"Are you sure? Is that really Kim Jongin you saw?"

"Yes, sir. I am one hundred percent sure. What do you want me to do now, sir?"

"Just continue what you are doing. Call me when you have new information." Bam ended the call and went back to their table where Gab is eating ice cream

"Uncle, I want more."

"That's your second bowl already, princess. Your mommy Lisa will kill me." Bam pinched Gab's cheek "Let's go?"

"But I want more, uncle." Gab pouted "Please?"

Bam chuckled "You can have mine." He then pushed his bowl of ice cream to Gab

"Yehey! Thank you!" Gab gladly accepted the ice cream from her uncle

"Gab, can you tell me about your family? Are they good to you?"

It's not like I don't trust the Kim Family, I just want to know what kind of family Gab grew up with. My conscience is eating me up until now for kidnapping her from Hanbin maybe that is why maybe I'm looking for something that will make my conscience stop bothering me.

"They are the best and the greatest, uncle! Mommy Jennie told me that I am adopted when I was four years old but they never treated me like I am adopted. They love me so much and I love them too."

Bam sighed in relief. At least something made him unbothered.

"That was cool. I'm thankful that you found a good family. How are you feeling right now? Or when your mommies told you about the truth?"

"I'm confused at first but mommy Lisa explained everything to me. I'm happy because I have a big big family now. Mommy Lisa's family and mommy Jennie's family." she already finished the ice cream "Can we go to uncle V now?" Gab stood up from her chair "Please?"
