Jayson's POV

Over the next month, things were awesome. Karina, her mom and my mom were every busy planning the wedding.  I was in charge of guests and the location. The women handled the rest. Karina and I were really excited about the wedding but I was really nervous. I didn't want to tell anyone but I was really nervous because my first marriage didn't go so well. I tried brushing off my past wedding but it just kept coming back to me. Each time I get excited about the wedding, all I remember is seeing Emily walking out of  the church and the fear returns.

Few days to the wedding and things were running smoothly. I couldn't see Karina through out that week because of some family tradition. It killed me that I couldn't see her for a whole week... I couldn't smell her, I couldn't hold her, I couldn't caress her, I couldn't kiss her...nothing! Because of some tradition. Anyway, we video called every night because we just had to. My mom and Her mom wanted to follow her dress shopping, but she decided to go with her sister,Gabrielle, Ruby and Merida. I was kinda excited to see how her dress was. I was the one who decided to have the wedding in Los Angeles and she was okay with it. The only problem was what was going to happen after we got married? Her work's based in Abu Dhabi while my work's based in Los Angeles. But that would be discussed later on.

I chose the church were Emily and I had almost gotten married for the wedding because that was my church. It was the church I was baptised in and it was my parents church. For the colour theme, the ladies chose a combination of Emerald, cream and gold. I didn't like it at first but when i saw pictures of it, it turned out to be alright. For my suit, I went with my brother and my friends and we chose a very nice green suit. I never really liked colour green but the suit made me change my mind.

Karina's parents came in to Los Angeles the week before the wedding. It was my first time meeting her mom. I finally understood why Karina had such long hair. She got it from her mom. Even at her age, she still had hair which reached her mid-back. I had met her dad before when he was still the president of the winery even though back then I didn't know he was Xavier's dad.

The night before the wedding, my friends threw me a bachelor party. Even though it was my second, I still had a lot of fun. We went to a bar and  just partied. They paid one of the strippers to give me a lap dance. It was so crazy. When it was going on, all I did was laugh because I couldn't find anyone or in this case anything else attractive except my Karry....the love of my life. But anyway, I still has a great time.

                                                     *The Wedding*

I woke up that morning and I was a nervous wreck. I had cold feet. Normally, it's the bride who gets cold feet but this case was different. I was nervous but thank goodness, my friends were there to calm me down. The wedding was to begin by nine am,but I was up by six. I stayed in bed till seven then I got up and began to get ready. I took my bath and put on my suit. I applied some hair cream and combed my hair neatly. When I got out, my friends and dad were ready. Xavier's dad was also in my house so all the men could be at the venue at the same time. By eight thirty, I was in the church and guests had already started arriving. The church was getting full. I saw Raji, Rihanna, Matthew and some of my other workers seated. Karina had not yet arrived. She was probably just still applying make up. By eight fifty nine, her car arrived. All the ladies except Karina and her bridesmaid entered the church. We decided to do a modest wedding. I only had my best man which was my brother Jake and she only had her chief bride's maid which was her sister Kim. Jake wore a nice cream suit and his shoulder length hair was packed in a man bun. By exactly nine o'clock, the hymn began. The church rose and I almost peed in my pants out of nervousness but my brother touched my shoulders and told me to calm down. The hymn continued and then I saw her. She was breathtaking. She wore a sleeveless gown which hugged her perfect curves and then spread out at the bottom. There was like an extra layer which ran from her waist and spread out making the dress look very elegant and chic. Her hair was packed in a neat chignon and even under the veil, she still looked beautiful and her earrings were diamond studs.
