Once we had gotten to the hall, we all split off going to our tutor and received our timetables. I noticed that I didn't have any lessons today, I started to plan what I wanted to do with the rest of the time today.
"Hey! What lessons do you have?" Hosoek popped up beside me, making me jump once again.
I handed him my timetable, so it was just easier for him to see what I had instead of reading it all out and then inevitably getting confused.
"Ooo, we have the same timetable except that you have lessons for purple and blue magic as well," Hoseok spoke after he finished comparing our time tables, "do you want to go shopping for our dorm then as we both don't have any lessons today?"
I thought about it for a bit, knowing we needed to get some food but not wanting to go out without a plan, always needing to have a plan or list.
"Yeah sure, but can we go up and make a list of what we need first? I don't have much money so I can't spend it on something I don't really need." I voiced my concerns, hoping he doesn't oppose.
"That's fine, I get like that sometimes," Hoseok replied, probably sensing my nerves by the way he effortlessly helped me without seeming like he was.
Hoseok texted in his group chat with the rest of the boys to see if anyone else wanted to come with us but most of them had a lesson today or they're going to study. I like how they are close to each other and hang out often but obviously care about their grades and how they will be presented to other people.
After we had the conformation from everyone that they can't come, we went back to our dorm and started to make the list. We had to make sure we had the essential ingredients for the potions they told us that we are doing in the lesson, and all the foods we eat.
I could see that Han was in the corner watching over me and Hoseok making sure he wasn't going to do anything to me. However, he had an expression on his face I don't often see.
Pride. Because of me.
~Next day~
I groaned as my alarm blared in my ear, notifying me that it was six o'clock and that I had to get up. I turned it off quickly and got out of bed going to the bathroom and doing my morning routine. After I finished my routine I went into the kitchen and started to make Hoseok, used to making breakfast for everyone in the house.
"M/N?" I hear, turning around to see a tired Hoseok. His hair dishevelled and his clothes messed up, making me release a quiet giggle.
"OMG, THAT WAS SO CUTE!!!" Hoseok screamed, going back to his normal hyper self, squishing my cheeks making me blush.
"What was that for?" I question, being used to Hoseok now.
"Your giggle was so cute." He replied. "Anyway, what you are doing?"
I gave him a questioning look, not knowing what he was talking about. He nodded to the food.
"I'm making breakfast?" I questioned again, not knowing what he was on about.
"That's really kind but you don't have to make any for me." He replied, making me realise that I was doing it on auto-pilot and that I haven't asked him if he wanted any.
"Sorry, I guess I'm still on auto-pilot from my house," I spoke, bowing my head slightly in embarrassment.
"That's cute, did you used to make breakfast for you mum?" Hoseok spoke.
"N-no. It was for me and my brother so we could get something to eat for the day." I replied, remembering the days we had to be out of the house before my Aunts woke up.
Sensing my discomfort, Hoseok didn't push any further. I finished off the breakfast and put it onto two plates, handing one to Hoesok. We sat down at our table, not talking as we both were still tired. After we finished our food, I made the plates wash themselves up whilst Hoseok and I went to get ready.
I looked in my wardrobe, choosing a simple white top with a big baggy grey hoodie, pairing it with some black skinny jeans ripped at the knee. Not forgetting to put some socks on with my Dr Martens. I went to my vanity, putting on a bit of makeup to make myself look more presentable and to cover the dark bags under my eyes. Not wanting to give a bad first impression.
"M/N." I heard coming from behind me, making me tense.
I turned around and saw that it was Han, giving me a sense of relief.
"Yeah?" I questioned, not knowing why he was up so early as he normally doesn't appear until midday.
"Take the book out of your bag, you packed it in a rush when you were late yesterday." He reminded me, making me facepalm. I forget that I put a dark magic book in there when I was rushing to get to the school yesterday. Being my usual forgetful self.
"Thank you! You can go back to sleep now if there isn't anything else." I spoke, knowing that he was properly tired. He nodded back at me, disappearing.
I took the book out, putting it with the rest of my dark books. I heard a knock on my door, so I quickly put it away and grabbed my bag. I opened the door to see Hoseok with his usual smile on. He was wearing a pair of whitewashed jeans with a red belt, pulp fiction t-shirt and a yellow baseball cap. It really brought out his muscular thighs, seeing as the rest of the jeans where slightly baggy except from the thigh section.
"You look really cute," he complimented as he pointed to my outfit, "you ready?"
I nodded, shutting my door and grabbing my key for the front door. We headed to our first lesson, prepared to do what is expected of us for the next two years.
