In this world, every single being has magical powers running through their veins. There were the original eight witches each having their own individual magic, but complementing each other to keep the world in balance:

Red which specialises in reincarnation.

Orange which specialises in healing.

Yellow which specialises in using the sun's power.

Green which specialises in the usage of plants.

Blue which specialises in the control of sound.

Purple which specialises in the communication to spirits.

White which is seen as the highest of all the magic types as it can use the magic of red, orange, and yellow. It also has its own specialities, which are summoning angles, purifying, ice, the control of stars.

Black whiches is seen as evil and discriminated against as it connects the underworld and overworld together. They can also control green, blue, and purple magic with its own specialities which are summoning demons, mind control, decay, and the control of the moon.

Most people are a mix of two types of magic, never able to fully unlock either of the magic of either witch. However, there are a certain amount of people who only possess one type of magic being able to fully unlock the potential of the witch, they are called purebloods. Even if you are a pureblood, you can learn the other types of magic but it wouldn't be at the same level of the witches magic you have running through your veins.

The white witch and the black witch are the rarest of all the witches, there is only around five of each in Korea and around 30 in the whole world.

The MDU is the highest University in South Korea for descendants of the first witches, where pureblood whiches come to unlock their full potential. They only allow around one hundred students to enter each year, and only around twenty people graduate to become a full-fledged due to how much you need to know to be able to fully use your powers.
