Dagmar scanned her tube card and made her way through the opened gates to get down to the metro station. She just got out of school and she'd be home in twenty minutes. She absently listened to her music that blasted through her headphones as she made her way down the escalator. She was right on time as the metro stopped when she reached the platform. She got into the full vehicle, sighing softly when grabbing onto the pole in the middle and pulling her bag in front of her, pressing it against her chest. Dagmar had never been a victim of pickpockets before, and she wanted to prevent to become one as well. She was always careful on the tubes in London anyway. Dagmar got out at Oxford Circus and walked the rest of it to her apartment in one of the tall buildings. She got into the elevator and pressed the button of the sixth floor, waiting till it brought her there.

She pulled her keys out of her bag and walked down the hallway to get to her room, twisting the key in the lock and pushing the door to walk in. Dagmar shivered, the heating hadn't been on all day and she immediately turned to the temperature adapter on the wall to turn it up. Dagmar unzipped her coat and placed her bag on her desk. The quietness filled the room and she sat down at the table with a glass of water after taking her shoes off. Dagmar didn't have any roommates. Sometimes she felt lonely, but not often. Her flatmates were nice and every now and then she went out with them to celebrate the examseason was over, but that was about it. She looked forward to go back home in the Christmas break. Dagmar thought of what she should eat tonight, she had shopped last weekend to be able to cook yet she was far from in the mood for it. Maybe she'd boil and egg, slam it on a loaf of bread with some ham and call it a day.

Dagmar took her phone out of her pocket and made herself comfortable on the bed. She didn't have any plans to go out tonight and she didn't have to prepare anything for her seminar of tomorrow anyway, which made her decide to go for a relaxed Monday evening of Netflix. Dagmar never took baths but the thought of sitting in lukewarm water for an hour suddenly seemed like a great idea. She didn't feel hungry yet anyway, so she made her way over to the bathroom and let the water run to fill the tub. Dagmar didn't have any notification on her phone, well, she did, but not the one she wanted. She wasn't sure if she was going to text the catfish first. He suggested to talk again later, so maybe he'd take the first step to do so. She didn't care either (she did). Dagmar laid her phone on a towel on a small stool next to the bath while she undressed and sunk into the warm water. She had her hair up in a bun to prevent it from getting soaked and took her phone back in her hand, hoping she wouldn't ever drop it now.

"Oh". Dagmar softly let out when she saw the notification from Tinder popping up on her screen and she didn't want to be too eager and tap on it immediately (she still did anyway). Dagmar ignored how happy she was about it that the message was from "fake Lando". She went to their conversation and opened the message he had send her.

It's later now. Finished your work, love?

Yep. Had a busy day too?

Dagmar leaned against the edge of the tub, her nails tapping against the case of her iPhone as she awaited his response, which luckily came pretty early.

Quite a busy one, it was the last day at McLaren.

Hmm. Dagmar squinted her eyes at the message he sent and before she replied, she got to the Instagram of the F1 driver himself. He had posted a rather cute picture, a comparison of him to baby Yoda while he was looking up. His hair was messy and his eyes sparkled. His caption indeed wrote about the last day at the headquarters of McLaren and she hummed softly while switching back to their conversation.

I can imagine. So, what does "Lando" like to do now he's off from work?

Dagmar decided to ask and it didn't take a long time before she saw the blue bubbles in the corner of her screen, indicating that he had read her message and was typing a new one to her.
