Lando was speechless from the moment he turned around. He swallowed hard, his mouth dry as he looked at the beautiful woman in front of him. He couldn't believe she was even more beautiful than on her pictures. Her angelic eyes stared back at him and her cheeks had coloured rosy. "Hi". She breathed, finally able to say something. "I'm sorry". Dagmar said then, getting rid of the piercing stare and the frown she had directed at him. "I just didn't expect you to be... you". She let out a soft laugh and it caused him to smile. "I know". He said. "But that's fine and understandable. No one is really real on the internet nowadays, Dagmar". Lando replied and Dagmar loved the way he pronounced her name. "Let me properly introduce myself then". He said and offered her his hand. Dagmar shook it. "I'm Lando Norris". A boyish grin curled his lips and it made her smile automatically. "I'm hungry because of the stress for tonight". Dagmar admitted and she was surprised to hear him laugh.

"Then let's get inside". He said and she agreed. Dagmar shivered at his touch on her lower back when they moved through the entrance, finally, because it was quite cold outside. The warmth of the restaurant blew in her face and they went to the garderobe first, putting their jackets on a hook. Lando could finally admire how beautiful she looked. The sparkly dress fitted her perfectly and showed off her long legs. "You look gorgeous". He muttered in her ear when he walked closely next to each other. "Thank you". Dagmar smiled slightly and they approached a waiter who had a list of the reservations. When hearing Lando's surname, she ticked the name off on the list and then guided them to their table, close to the window. They sat down at it and Dagmar finally had the chance to look at how handsome he was dressed. He wore a white button up with black slacks. A couple bracelets around his wrist and a watch on the other. His hair was styled yet messy and she felt her heart skipping a beat when their eyes locked.

"I'm sorry". Dagmar spoke up again, causing him to frown. "For calling you a liar and a catfish so many times". She added and he understood now. He let out a low chuckle as he looked down at the table. "It's okay. I sensed how determined you were to prove that I was a catfish". Lando replied and she blushed even more. "It was ridiculous and childish". She groaned next. "Yet you still agreed to go out with me". "To confirm or change my thoughts, obviously". She replied. "Have they changed?". Lando asked. "Completely". Dagmar said. "Look, I follow Formula 1 closely. It's just hard to imagine someone like you is on Tinder". She explained. "I have to admit, I downloaded the app because I was bored". Lando started, his hands resting on the table in front of him. "I didn't expect to...". His eyebrows briefly furrowed together as if he was finding the words. "Meet someone like you". He added and her eyes fell onto his gentle expressions. "You didn't hide your suspicions and treated me like anyone else. I want to feel like myself when I'm out with someone and you gave me that right away".

Dagmar looked down at her long nails for a moment, hoping her hair and the dimmed lights would cover up her rosy cheeks well enough. "My friend forced me to download the app". She started with a chuckle. "She thought it was time for me to meet a nice guy and get that relationship settled, but I'm such a busy person. And I'm so picky, it's not funny anymore". Dagmar continued and it made him smile. "You seemed unbothered by my kinda offensive comments and seemed to care about whatever I was telling you". Lando felt his heart skipping a beat at what she told him. "Do you feel like you'd need Tinder to meet someone to fall in love with?". Lando asked her. "Because I don't think so. You're stunning, Dagmar. And I think in every way possible". He complimented her and he was surprised by his own courage. "Thank you". Dagmar softly said, her teeth digging into her lower lip. The looked at each other for a moment, but only shortly as the waitress came to their table. "Excuse me for the delay. We're fully booked and aren't serving as fast as we would have liked". She apologized while handing out the menu cards.

"It's alright". Lando gave her a friendly smile. "Can I note anything to drink?". She asked then. "Just a water for me, please". He answered. "Red wine, please". Dagmar replied. She nodded and walked away from their table. Dagmar opened the menu booklet and she was reminded with how expensive this restaurant was. "I'm all open to split the bill, but I'm a student and-...". Lando shook his head. "Don't worry about it. I asked you out for dinner so I don't want to have anything for it". He smiled and she smiled back at him. "And please don't feel guilty about". He added as he could see the hesitating look in her eyes. "I can pay for this, you know?". Lando grinned and she let out a soft laugh, knowing he was right. "I've been looking for a job". She sighed when she looked down at the page of the appetizers. "Everyone declined me as they didn't want to be flexible with my university schedule". Dagmar rolled her eyes. "What kind of job were you looking for?". Lando asked, his eyes lingering on her face even though she didn't look at him.
