"So, I don't go out much". Lando chuckled while he poured in her glass of wine, having a vodka mix himself as he recently was gifted a bottle of Grey Goose. "But I enjoyed the last party in the club we'll be visiting tonight as well, I assume it will be fun". He finished and Dagmar nodded, seated on a stool at his kitchen island. "I like dancing anyway". She smiled and he chuckled, watching her take a sip of her wine. "Well, I can't dance very well. Guess you have to teach me". A boyish grin curled his lips and she rolled her eyes with a smile. "Sure". Dagmar laughed. "Your apartment is very nice". She mused then, looking around at the quite stylish interior of the space, the neat and spacious kitchen. Her little flat could fit in this twice easily. "Thanks. I tidied it up before I picked you up by the way". He laughed and moved a hand through his hair. "And my mom helped with the interior". He said in a cheeky way next.
"Of course". She giggled. "It's still nice though, looks much more like a home then my apartment does". Dagmar sighed softly. "And you're not even home half of the time!". Lando laughed at her exclaim. "Perks of being an F1 driver". He smiled. "About your friends...". Dagmar curled a strand of her hair around her finger meanwhile. "Who will I meet tonight?". She asked. "Ehm, Connor Hughes is coming and Max Fewtrell too, if you know them". Dagmar nodded. "I've heard of them, from your instagram and your streams on twitch". She smiled. "You watch them?". Lando blushed suddenly, he had done and said some silly things on his streams from the intensity of the games he played, like forgetting his food in the oven while continuing to play the game. "Sometimes". Dagmar chuckled at his flustered face when he lifted his glass to take a big gulp of his drink. "But don't worry, I'm not judging you for anything you say during the heat of the game". She smiled and looked down at his glass with a small grin.
Lando's phone beeped and he took it out of the pocket of his jeans, looking at the screen to see the message he had received. "Okay, they're already there. We can leave too if you want?". Lando asked and she nodded. "Sure, whatever you want". She said and he hummed while unlocking his phone to type a response. Lando quickly called and uber while Dagmar gathered her stuff and paid a quick visit to the bathroom, adjusting her hair and her lipstick in the mirror. She looked at her reflection and noticed the rosy colour on her cheeks from the alcohol. She smiled slightly at herself and moved her hand through her hair for a last time, unlocking the door again to meet him in the hallway. Lando had pulled a jacket on and held up her coat for her, smiling when she took it from him. The uber was already waiting at the pavement and Lando locked his door while they got to the car. He opened the door for her and climbed into the backseat after her, greeting the driver meanwhile and telling their destination.
They briefly locked eyes when they looked at each other. Dagmar couldn't help but wonder what would happen if they got a little more tipsy while they were dancing in the club. She pushed it out of her mind. She wasn't going out with Lando to end up in his bed tonight, she just wanted to have a good time. The Uber dropped them off in front of the club and Lando payed him, soon walking up to Dagmar who waited for him on the side of the pavement. The music was slightly audible from the outside and the lights of the dancefloor were flickered through the place. Dagmar felt his hand on her lower back when the she made her way to the entrance. The bouncer waited in front of the door and raised a brow at her, making her roll her eyes slightly and reach for her ID card, shoving it in his hands to show she was old enough to enter. Lando did the same and they made their ways inside. "Let's get rid of our jackets first!". He yelled in her ear and she nodded, moving after him through the crowd to get to the garderobe.
Lando leaned over the counter and spoke to the guy behind it, pointing towards the stairs. Dagmar couldn't hear their conversation, so she just waited with her coat in her arms. Lando reached for it later and Dagmar looked at him in confusion. "I can pay a quid for the jacket myself". She said and he shook his head. "We're VIP guests, we don't need to pay for this". He explained and she let out a soft laugh. Of course he was a VIP guest. "Are you coming?". Lando asked and offered her his hand to get across the dancefloor and upstairs, were the VIP booths were. Dagmar looked down at his outstretched palm and placed her hand in his, feeling his fingers closing around her palm. They moved through the dancing bodies and walked up the stairs, were another dancefloor was, although somehow this one looked more fancy than the one downstairs. Lando gently let go of her hand as he could walk next to her, his hand sliding down her spine again while directing her to his friends.
