Hawks' POV

I finished getting myself cleaned up and ready for my first official day on the job. Once I was ready, I headed downstairs to the classroom. One of the students was already there, along with Storms.

"I thought you were the gym teacher." I said. She turned to me.

"I am." Her answer was short. She turned back around to talk to the student. He seemed kinda worried about something. I cautiously approached.

"No one's sleeping these days, Storms! They're not happy with the thought of villains lurking around. We know you're strong, but what if Shigaraki himself shows up? And brings one of those Nomu like High-End? You saw what it did to Endeavor!" The kid said.

"Iida, I know y'all are worried. But I've told you a thousand times, no one's getting in. For all we know right now, the possible intruders are just story-hungry reporters. Besides, you've not seen me against a foe like that. I can promise you my life that no one would get hurt." Storms said. Her voice was much softer than it was yesterday.

"I understand, Sensei. Thank you for agreeing to speak with me about this." He sighed.

"You're good, kid. Do you need a class off today?" Storms offered.

"No thank you. But... do you even have the jurisdiction to give me a class off? Other than your own?" Iida questioned.

Storms chuckled. "They wouldn't be able to do anything even if I didn't." She smirked, her sharp teeth showing. I noticed that was another cat feature she had. She seemed to have feline canine teeth rather than normal canines like other humans did.

"Storms do you know how much of a rule breaker you are?" Iida sighed.

"Oh I'm aware I just don't care." Storms shrugged. He shook his head. "Oh. Good morning, Hawks." Iida noticed me.

"Morning, kiddo." I said.

Storms' ears perked up, like she was hearing something from outside of the room. "Shit gotta run!" She changed back into that winged snow leopard and raced out of the room.

A moment later Aizawa walked in. He froze, looking around a bit.

"Storms was here, wasn't she?" He growled.

I nodded.

"Ugh. I told her to stay out of here before I come in." He grumbled.

"Why's that?" I asked.

"Because she does this thing where she'll come in and take all of my thumbtacks and freeze the plastic piece to my chair so the metal points are going upwards into the air. I can't sit down until she comes back in and removes the ice." He glared.

"Can't you just get Endeavor's kid to melt it?" I frowned. He shook his head.

"Storms's ice is indestructible. Only she can get rid of it by... causing it to evaporate or whatever." He said.

"Oh. Well... I guess I can keep an eye out for that, if you'd like." I offered.

"That'd be great."

It was lunch for everyone now, also known as break for the teachers. I followed Aizawa to the teachers lounge. It was actually really nice. As expected for UA.

"Yeah Bakugo's been really moody today. Storms, you sure you're gonna be able to handle it?" Midnight asked. Storms grinned.

"You know I love a challenge."

I sat down at the big table with them. "Hey Hawks! How was your first day?" Midnight smiled.

"It's been good." I said.
