Prologue

I grabbed the blanket and threw it out of the window. I looked at how high I was from the second floor of our mansion. Tulog na ang mga tao sa Bahay at tanging mga security guard nalang ang gising, pero iyon ay sa ibang mga pagkakataon.

"Susunduin kita."

I sighed heavily as I rolled the comforter around the turnip foot of the bed and secured the tie tightly. I opened the sliding window and positioned myself on the jamb.

I had set things up beforehand. I hacked the security cameras all around the mansion so that no one would see me sneaking out. I had no fear going down the ground floor with just the use of the comforters tied to make an improvised ladder.

"Let's elope."

I can hear Wesley's voice over and over again playing in my head.. I don't know what madness gotten into me why I am doing such thing. But I am aiming something. Fear and inhibition should not let me down.

When I almost reached the floor I heard a loud tearing. It was too late to realize I had fallen.Masakit pa ang puwetan kong naunang bumagsak sa sahog pero hindi ko na pinansin iyon.

"Where are you going?"

My whole body went cold when someone grabbed my wrist, and I was scared when he darted me his cold stares.

"Let me go!"

"I'll let you go, but tell me where and what you're up to," His voice was calm but stern. I couldn't fathom what emotions were swirling in his eyes, but one thing is for sure, they warn danger.

"Wala kang pake!"

"Anong nangyari? Bakit andami mong missed calls sa'kin- aw!"

I bit his hand to get away from his grip.

You're doing it right. Follow me.

I graced my way to the garden. I could hear every step as my heels gracefully kissing the ground.

"Stop following me!"

I let go of a loud scream as I reached the gate of the mansion. The guards were sleeping soundly because of the effect of the pill I put on their coffee. I made sure they would fall asleep even before me proceeding to my plan of sneaking out.

I looked back to see if Raeden was still following me, but I was too late because a Tucson stopped infront of me.

As soon as the front door opened, I immediately went inside the car and fastened my seatbelt. I felt the glaring that's why I responded with the same energy.

"Now what?"

"Where are your clothes?"

"Wala. I'll just buy things sa city. Raeden is following me."

He nodded and held my hand.

He was running so fast that a strong brake it was enough for my face to almost slam on the dashboard.

May red na big bike na nakaharang sa daraanan namin. My jaw dropped when I realized who that person was.

Nagkatinginan kami. My eyes widened as Raeden smashed the car window. At first it was weak but secondslater it began to be a loud crushing.

"I'll face him.."

Fumming mad, Weskley attempted to face Raeden, but I stopped him. I am the one to face Raeden, not him.

"No, just stay in the car,"I told him softly.

One forceful push through the door made him took a back, but he didn'nt let his guard down.
