Chapter 46
Fragments

The news spread like wildfire. In result to that news, naglabasan ang iba't ibang kontrobersiya kasangkot ang Saavedra Realty.

Saavedra Heights allegedly used poor and inferior quality steel bars in the construction of the said condominiums.

Over five thousand families demand us to issue a refund.

He doesn't seem stressed with what's happening.

"We will grant their demand. We will reimburse the investment made..."

"What? It is a suicide, Mr. Madriaga. Once we reimburse the shares of the inverstors while the company is still vulnerable, this company will be at stake."

"It is already at stake," one of the board stated.

"I will buy their shares," kampanteng sabi ni Raeden.

"As for the unit owners, we will pay up to the coverage limit of the policy purchased, plus fifty-thousand displacement assistance per month... And for those units under amortization, 100% refund on all payment made. We will give them another option... To vacate them to another building. But I bet they won't take the option, knowing that the affiliate building was rendered unsafe."

"Indeed a suicide," bulong ko habang matamang nakatingin sakanya.

He's insinuating that he will save the failing company. Still useless, tho.

"We will start from scratch. The condominiums and other estates will stop operating 'til the controvercies subside."

"Still, Mr. Madriaga, the name of the company will be tainted with anomalies and discripancies. Unless, you are planning to rebrand the company..."

Raeden snapped his fingers.

"As I've said, Mr. Villarica, we will be starting from scratch. I am willing to buy the stocks."

What the hell!

"Did you relay this to the Chairman, Mr. Madriaga?"

Tumaas ang kilay ko. Sa wakas ay nagsalita na si Devina.

Raeden smirked. He pinned his palms on the table.

"The chairman himself asked me to take over the meeting. He's fixing the problems, and I, infront of you, is informing you all, that I am buying all the stocks to save the company. The shareholders had their meeting beforehand. Some of the investors asked for reimbursement. Some, on the otherhand, are selling me their shares."
