"THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING." Astra whispered, her eyes never leaving Aro's. She ignored the way Scarlett was staring down the said vampire while occasionally giving Astra curious glances. All the blonde woman could do was stare into the eyes of one of her soulmates. "How is this happening?" Astra whispered again in shock.

A wide grin spread across Aro's face, all signs of shock were completely wiped away as he moved closer to the girls. "You're just as gorgeous as I imagined, if not more." he purred as he reached his hand out to his soulmate. "What's your name?" he asked.

"Woah, woah, woah." Scarlett said as she raised her hand up in the air as if she were asking a teacher for permission to speak. "First off, creep, you need to stop eyeing my girl like she's a piece of meat." The redhead threw her arm around the blondes shoulder for emphasis and narrowed her eyes at the vampire.

Aro couldn't help but glare at the girl who was claiming his mate as hers. He felt a tad bit of disappointment, but mostly he felt anger. He didn't want anyone touching the one person he had been waiting for his whole life. "This doesn't concern you, human." he practically sneered. "I suggest you walk away, find the party and leave us."

Scarlett gave him a weird look at his choice of words, and opened her mouth to say a sarcastic retort, but Astra spoke up before she could say anything.

"I'd actually rather her not leave me alone with you, no offense." Astra silently cursed herself as she spoke. She shouldn't be too brave, the man in front of her could kill her in a blink of an eye. She kept her eyes on his and ignored the outreached hand. She could vaguely remember the Cullens mentioning something about mind reading powers when touched skin to skin. She wasn't sure which of the three had the power, but she didn't want to risk it.

Scarlett snorted, "Like I was actually gonna leave you." She began to turn her around and walk her towards the front door. "We're leaving." she called over her shoulder at the strange man.

Astra glanced back at Aro, and noticed that a dark expression had come over his face. She quickly turned her head back towards the front door and whispered to her friend, "Lettie," she hesitated, "I think you need to leave me here."

Scarlett's eyes shot to hers, a fire burning in them, "I don't think so." her voice was filled with conviction.

"I think it would be wise if you listened to your friend, Lettie." Aro said as he suddenly appeared in front of them.

"What the fu-" Scarlett began, but stopped when Astra pinched her arm.

"No cursing." Astra lightly scolded, she tried to keep a light smile on her face to convince Scarlett to leave her there. She didn't want any of them getting wrapped up in the world of vampires. She knew that the second they left, Aro would most likely be trailing her. She didn't want to risk her brothers and friends lives. That was, if he let her leave. She had a feeling that Aro was two seconds away from ripping Scarlett's head off.
