When we pulled up outside Veronica's house my mouth dropped in shock of how huge it was. 'Wow' my mum said as she stopped the car. 'It looks beautiful' I said as I stepped outside the car and grabbed my bag. 'Bye sweety' my mum smiled, 'I'll walk home tomorrow after pops, bye' I grinned and waved at her till I couldn't see the car anymore.
As I walked in I text Veronica to tell her I was outside, when I stepped into the lobby I was greeted by Veronica. 'Hey girl' she smiled as she grabbed my hand and led me up the stairs. 'Hi, I'm so excited' I giggled.
After she gave me a house tour she showed me to her room. 'Your house is gorgeous' I gleaned as I placed my bag on her bed. 'Isnt it just. So you can either borrow one of my dresses or we can go shopping or you can wear your own' Veronica said to me. I did bring a dress but it wasn't good enough for my first party here in riverdale so we decided to go shopping.
Veronica's driver ,Smithers, drove us to the mall which was huge. 'So what shop' I asked as we linked arms. 'I know the perfect place to get our outfits' she smiled.
When we walked in I noticed a few people snapping pictures of us and pointing. 'I feel famous' Veronica laughed. 'I am, and I hate when people take pictures of me when I'm out locally' I said as we entered this shop that looked very vintage and sweet. 'So what are you going for, cute, sexy, hot, vintage?' Veronica said as she turnt to me smiling. 'I don't mind as long as it suits me' I said back
After shopping
We had both chose our outfits. Mine was a white loose matted v cut vest and a mini pencil skirt that was white with pink dots. Ronnie chose a nude tube dress and a flowery mesh long sleeve dress over the top.
When we left the shop cameras were flashing at us, luckily we weren't wearing the new clothes and were wearing our ordinary ones otherwise people could of realised we were going to a party. 'Paparazzi's are annoying, there lights blind me' Veronica laughed. 'I know I'm always scared I'm going to walk into a lamp post' I giggled.
Once we were back at the Pembrooke Kevin showed up and we all went up to Veronica's room to get ready. 'So V, are you going to make a move on archie tonight' I asked as I applied my blush. I looked over and she began to blush like crazy 'I don't know, maybe' 'you totally should, he's into you' I said as I turnt back around and began to fill in my eyebrows. 'I don't think he is, I think he likes someone else' she shrugged. 'Who' Kevin asked. 'I plead not to say' Ronnie said. 'Well you should still make a move, you guys would be so cute' I said. 'What about you Nancy Drew, got anything you want to do tonight' Kevin grinned. 'I want to do something wild, but I don't know I'll probably just make new friends' I shrugged. 'We should find you a man, what's your type' Veronica giggled of excitement. 'All my past boyfriends have been smart, good boys. Maybe I should change it up a bit' 'so you want a bad boy?' Kevin asked. 'Yes, name all the bad boys and players in the school' I asked as I brushed my hair. 'Why do you want a list of players?' Kevin asked. 'Because I want to let loose, have a wild side' I gleamed. 'Okay but if he breaks your heart we warned you' Kevin said putting his arms up. 'So there's, Chuck, Reggie, Liam, noah, Mike, Freddie, basically all the serpents too' Veronica said. 'All the serpents?' I asked frowning. 'Yep, why had an eye on one, spill' Kevin asked leaning forward. 'No, it's just, I never saw Jughead as a player, but then I've only been here for a week' I said. 'He's like one of the biggest players, we just don't talk about it because how much I'm against him using girls he's still one of my best friends' Veronica told me. To be honest I was shocked. 'I never noticed' I shrugged.
'What about you Kev' I smiled as I walked into Veronica's dressing room and got changed. 'I'll forever be alone, I can't find one decent gay guy' he sighed. 'I'll keep my eye out for anyone you May like' Veronica said. I walked out and slid on my heels like Veronica was. 'You guys look gorgeous' Kevin gleamed as he pulled out his phone and took a picture.

'Shall we' Veronica said as she linked arms with me and Kev. 'We shall' I smiled and grabbed my hand bag before we walked out. 'So where is it again' I asked as we got into the car. 'Cheryl blossoms, at Thornhill, which is Cheryl's huge mansion' Kevin said as he put on his seatbelt. I got a text from my mum asking if I was alright and I text back saying that we're having fun watching movies and talking.
Once we pulled up outside Thornhill we stepped out and walked to the door. Veronica pushes the door open and we walked in, it was filled with people. There were teenagers dancing, people singing and drinking, a lot of them were having conversations. I walked with Veronica over to the drinks table and we both poured ourself some vodka and coke into a red cup. 'Well I'm going to speak to some people, I'll see you later' I said and gave her a hug before walking off.
