Mason Micheal Starkey

Welcome to Valentines Day aka the loneliest frickin day of the year.

Starkey is one of my favorite characters so heres this thingy.

You were just walking around the graveyard at night. It was finally somewhat cool outside, so you decided to take advantage of it. While walking back to the jet you slept in, you heard footsteps approaching you. You turned around to see Starkey, your boyfriend?

Before you know it, he's hugging you while smiling like an idiot. Very unusual for him. And before you could ask why he's in such a good mood, he spoke up saying, "I just realized that I love you, and I love it."

"I love you too, Starkey."

Another day, you and Starkey were laying in his bed in his jet. You hadn't realized that it was past curfew.

"Shoot, I gotta go. I don't want Conner to find me out past curfew. He'll kill me." You said while frantically trying to leave. You felt Starkey pull you back to him as he said,

"Then don't leave. Stay here the night."

"Sure. Thanks Mason."

He grimaced at the sound of his first name. He hates it since it was given to him by the parents who decided to sign the unwind order, but he still let you call him by it. "Anytime."

You lied back in his bed and he wrapped his arms around you again. That's how you fell asleep, in his arms.

A few years later, after unwinding was finally outlawed, you and Starkey were sitting on your couch cuddling while watching old AKRON AWOL clips. It was silent, but he suddenly spoke up.

"You know I'll never forgive either of our parents for signing those unwind orders."

"Neither will I. They raised us and had the audacity to have us unwound. We almost died countless times just to stay whole."

"Yeah, it was terrible. One good thing did come out of it, though."

"And what might that be?"

"Meeting you."

"True. Even thought the Juvenile Authority almost caught us when they invaded the graveyard."

"Wouldn't change it for the world."

"Me neither."
