Here is what has happened in my story so far:After Althea falls into the book and meets the strange man,he takes her to the palace, where she is fussed over a lot which she finds annoying. But she makes friends with the princess,Amethyst, and falls in love with her brother, Prince Seano. She is given 3 mysterious objects to aid her on her quest and then sets out. She is captured by a dragon and is still trying to free herself. No, I'm not planning to keep her there for ever. I just haven't written the part when she escapes yet.

It was late last night when I stopped writing and for some reason this morning I found myself writing my diary instead.I feel so terrible disloyal, diary. I have betrayed you to a story, which I seem to regard more important than you. I will try to write more, but now I must go.

Lots of stuff have been happening, both in my story and in real life.

In my story:Althea escapes the dragon (finally!) but soon she grows tired of walking and goes to sleep. That night some people find her and take her to their house. They seem nice but then Althea overhears them plotting to kill her and she sneaks out of the house that night. She lays down under a tree, falls asleep and has a terrible dream about a dying world. When she wakes up, she realizes that it's the middle of the day and she has greatly overslept. She continues on on her journey, but soon she grows thirsty and stops to drink at a nearby creek. But the water is enchanted and makes her see things that mislead her on her quest. Poor Althea! When will her misfortune end? I'd better make something good happen to her soon!

In real life:I have had a sleepover at Emma's and also at Leanne's. I read three Baby-Sitters Club books in one night. She recommended the Whatever After series to me, and I read all of them in one day. I've read a lot of great books and written a lot of my story. And I've had another run in with the members of the Anti Book Movement. It ended in a bleeding nose and was the worst part of my week. They are horrible! It wouldn't be a bad life being the library girl if it wasn't for the Anti Book Movement.

I haven't written any of my book for ages. I don't know why I didn't write my diary either. I've spent a lot of time reading, of course, and Emma seem to be at the library every day. It's so nice! We talk a lot about Lemony Snicket.

Anyway I'm right in the middle of a really good book so I have to go. Bye!!!
