We continued to talk all night, I found out a lot about them. Where they grew up, about their families and I even found out that Payton and Avani have a bit of a thing. I looked at the time and realised it was 3:27am. Shit.

My alarm screamed at me, I looked over and it was 6:30am. I sigh and got up. I brushed my teeth, did my hair and light makeup, then got changed into this:

I wondered downstairs, grabbed a bowl of cereal and sat at the table. I was scrolling through insta when I got a message from my best friend Amelie.
Bestie💗😘: hey bub! How is you?! y/n: hey Am! How are you this morning? I'm good thanks, very tired haha Bestie💗😘: I'm good I'm good. I was wondering if you could pick me up this morning? Mom left early for work. y/n: yeah of course I can! I'll be over in 15. Bestie💗😘: okay thank you so much love *read*
I jumped up once I had finished my breakfast and grabbed my backpack. I grabbed my car keys and headed out the door. If you were wondering, my dad works a lot so he's not home very often. I usually have the house to myself. Anyways I drive for 5 minutes and arrive and Amelies house and I toot my horn. She comes running outside and gets into the car.
Amelie: hey hey
y/n: hey you
I drive us to school in my white Jeep Wrangler. My dad works extremely hard, he feels bad because he is never home. He missed my birthday last year because of work. So he brought me this car for my birthday. It felt terrible because we don't have a lot of money, but I was beyond grateful. I park my car and Amelie and I walk into school. I walk over to my locker and begin placing my books in there, when I feel someone grab my waist. I turn around and it's Elijah, my boyfriend.
Elijah: hey baby
He said with smirk on his face
Y/n: hey Lij
I say with no emotion. I've never told anyone this except Amelie, but Elijah and I began dating a year ago. Everything was great until he got too comfortable. 3 months into the relationship he began abusing me. At first it was just mentally, but 5 months ago he started beating me too. You may ask why not just leave him. But you don't get it, I'm scared. I scared he will do something worse. I've tried leaving him and it was the worst thing I've ever done.
Elijah: what's up with you baby
He said kissing my neck
Y/n: nothing Elijah can you please stop
I said with a stern but scared voice
Elijah: what did you just say to me? Do you want me to hurt you?
He whispered into my ear as I gulped. I looked down trying not to show him my fear.
Elijah: answer me you slut
Y/n: no Elijah.
The bell rang.
Y/n: I'm going to be late
I said pushing past him and walking to class quickly. The rest of the day not much happened, I was avoiding Elijah until lunch rolled around. I went to the bathroom, and when I came out of the stall to wash my hands, Elijah was there.
Y/n: Elijah you should be in here
Elijah: don't tell me what to do
He said walking closer to me. He lifted his hand around my neck and pushed me against the wall.
y/n: please Elijah you're hurting me
A tear fell down my cheek. He began squeezing tighter, and tighter until I was turning white. He then let go and I dropped to the floor. He spat on me and walked out. I held my neck and began crying, trying to get my breath back. I was leant up against the wall when Amelie came in. She saw I was crying and ran over to me.
Amelie: what happened!?
I looked at her with tears in my eyes.
y/n: Elijah happened.
She just hugged me, tightly. Not letting go for a few minutes.
Amelie: do you wanna skip last period and go home?
I nodded. She drove me and my car home. We walked up into my bedroom and by then I had stopped crying. My school has a no phone policy, so as soon as I got home my phone was blowing up. Amelie was confused
Amelie: what the- what is going on
y/n: it's a group chat I was added into by mistake
I giggled
Amelie: why don't you just leave?
Y/n: nah their actually really cool
Amelie: who is it? Do I know them?
y/n: no their from all over. Their all guys and one girl
Amelie: oh cool
