The Little Suprise

In this one-shot, Tony and Pepper are his biological parents and May is Pepper's sister.

Peter had few girlfriends in high school, the now almost college graduate preferred to stay single during college to focus on his studies. He attended NYU and lived in Avengers Tower with his family. On the days Peter didn't have any classes he would just sit in the living room with everyone and just hang out, today was one of these days. He was talking to Tony about improvements in his Spider-Man suit, May and Pepper were talking about Pepper's next work trip, and all of the other avengers were talking about the next mission when Friday interrupted everyone's conversations. 

"Miniboss, Michelle Jones wishes to speak to you she appears to have a child with her, shall I send her up?" 

"Yeah, Fri," Peter said confused. They broke up four years ago why would she come back with a child?

The elevator doors opened and MJ walked out with a 4-year-old boy sleeping on her shoulder.

"Hey Peter," MJ said breaking the silence. 

"Hi MJ, do you want to talk in my room or something?" 

"No, I need to tell everyone something. I need your help."

"What's wrong?" Peter asked worriedly. 

"Some people are after me because I broke into something that I shouldn't have, I wasn't thinking correctly at the time and now there is a target on my back," MJ said. 

Everyone looked at the girl in surprise. MJ always thought rationally what the hell happened? 

"I'll help you, what do you need?" Peter said. 

"I have a safe house already I just can't take him with me," MJ said gesturing towards the sleeping child in her arms. 

"You want me to take care of your child?" 

"Yes. I know you don't know how to take care of a kid but I can't let him get hurt because of me." 

"MJ, who exactly did you piss off?" 

"Hydra..."

"You did what!? MJ you know what happens to people that look into Hydra, I am a perfect example, I got kidnapped for a whole week!" 

"I know, as I said I wasn't thinking correctly. Just please for me?"

"Fine, but if anything happens you call me, alright?"

"Of course, thank you so much, Peter," MJ said giving Peter the little boy, she had to show him how to hold the child since he didn't know-how. 

"What's his name?" Peter said holding the still sleeping child.

"Richard Parker." 

Peter almost dropped the little boy when he heard the name. All the Avengers looked the two with jaws on the ground.

"He's my kid?" Peter whispered yelled, careful not to wake up Richard. 

"Yes, I didn't tell you because I didn't think you would take the news well," MJ said.

"And you thought that hiding my child from me for four years would make it any better," Peter said. 

"I can't explain everything right now. You have full custody of him right now if anyone asks his mother is dead. The legal papers are going to be mailed to you, "MJ said. 

Richard woke up and saw that Peter was holding him and looked at MJ confused. 

"Mommy who is this?" Richard said pointing at Peter.

"That's your daddy. Richie, mommy has to go for a while but I'll be back soon. Be good for daddy for me, okay?"

"Okay, mommy." Peter put Richard down and he ran to MJ and hugged her.

MJ left and everyone was just speechless. Richard broke the silence and he looked at Peter.

"So you're my daddy?" Richard asked Peter. 

Peter nodded his head and crouched down to Richard's level. Richard just ran up to Peter and hugged him. 

"I've never had a daddy before, and I love you already," Richard said while hugging Peter. 

Peter almost cried. Not that everyone else was not crying at the interaction between the two. Steve was going to have a talk with Peter later.
