There I am sitting next to Harry...again...at another athletics meeting. On the grand stands in the stadium. Only this time Josh is one step below us. I mean I barely spoke to him then so it wasn't, that awkward...mostly.

There I was, trying to comprehend this situation. That I actually had decent conversations with Harry. He was now in fact a person, I "looked out for" at these meetings.

The day had gone on, as per normal. We were all getting ready to leave. Mrs Smith was yelling how she wanted her T-shirts back. Lucky I had already taken mine off and given it to her. I was so exhausted and the bathroom was waaaay to far, so when Max asked if I wanted to come with I stayed.

"Bruh, ma'am needs your shirt back!"
Travis yelled to Harry

"Yeah, I know, I know give me one second"
Next thing I knew (no!! OMG!?
No he's taking his shirt off !!???!, Harry IS SITTING NEXT TO ME!!
Me?? Shirtless!!!)

I tried really hard not to look, I really did
( IS THAT A SIX PACK!?? OMG his SKIN iS Soo SMOOTH!!! SQWEeeeeeeee!!!!
I Think I'm about to faint. Okay. Calm down Keo...let's be civilised.
We're cool)
his warm skin brushes against mine. (BREATHE!!) I remind myself (NO!! He can't be serious!!??!

I wish it wasn't raining so we all wouldn't be so squashed.
(KEO!!! NO!? Pull it together come on now!
Who takes their shirts off. While sitting anyway?!??)

I try not be awkward...lets just say it's never been my forté.

Harry:" Keo?!?"

"Huh..um what did you say something?"

(Harry laughs)
"Yeah, I said do you wanna start heading to the bus"

"Oh yum um yeah...sorry"

Okay so let's rewind.

It was 6am and freezing. Max and I were standing with the rest of the team waiting for the bus. I so wish Izzy was here, but unfortunately she's a field athlete and not a track athlete. Today is a track meet. I glad Max is here though. Max is one of those easy to talk to guys, he's just eazy going. I could potentially be best friends with him.

I can feels eyes on me. Harry's eyes are on me. I fold arms tighter in attempt to block out the cold.
Ag I don't get it. You have too much pride to greet me but not enough to Not stare at me? It's annoying and confusing.

Finally the bus arrives. Our usual three seater where Max, Izzy and I sit is taken, great. We sit closer to the front in a two-seater. Max sits by the window. We talk about entering the Mr and Ms pageant, a crush he has on a girl in my class.

Before I know it the bus starts moving. Once we drift out of our own conversation I notice Josh is sitting next to us.

"Hey, what's up" he says, as if we've been best buds for the last 3 years, when in fact we haven't spoken in years. I look at him weirdly. My eyes say 'oh your talking to me'

"Um, hey I'm good you?"

"I'm good"

"Cool"

We all carry on listening to our headphones
"Does anybody have any snacks?" Josh asked
"Here I say" handing him some chips. It's always been in my nature to give to people and be kind even when it's unnecessary. A curse I suppose.

"Thanks"

"No prob"

"Now I'm thirsty"

I try not to roll my eyes. I know if I don't get him something he's just gonna yell to the whole bus and it's way too early for that.
