"so you'll think about it" Harry says as we leave for break
"Don't count on me coming" I said apologetically.
He still had a smug look on his face.
This is just so weird. Like why would he want 'me' to go so badly. A few weeks ago he barely acted like I existed.
As I walked, dreading the fact that my break was gonna be wasted by a first aid meeting I spotted Emily walking in the opposite direction.
"Emily?!!" I yelled questionably
"Oh hey" she said walking towards me
"Where are you going??" I asked confused
"What do you mean? To break" she says
"We have a first aid meeting" I said laughing as her face changed displaying an emotion only identified as annoyance.
"Your not serious" she said frowning
"Why do you think I look so defeated" I said
"Mara this lady, weitsie wa re abusa( she's abusing us) when I sighed up to do a first aid course I didn't so it to because I wanted to serve the school I did it for myself" she stated
"I know same, I didn't know we would actually have to do duties? And it would take up all my breaks" I said mentally face planting myself.
"Oh well this it just phenomenal" she said throwing her hands up as we started walking.
"Weitsie keng!" (you know!) I said
"So speaking of phenomenal, I see you and Harry are doing phenomenal together" she said grinning
"Emily, please I don't know what your talking about?" I said innocently
"Keo! Keeoo" she said interrogating me
"Really it's nothing...I mean only thing is begged me to come to his soccer game today, which was really strange and ..."
"HE WHaT!!!" She yelled
"Calm down, he knows very well I would never go" I said trying to get her to lower her voice
"Keo!! Things like this don't just happen, you know that right?" She said
"Yes I know and that's exactly why I'm not gonna go" I said proudly
"But Keo" she pleaded
"Ha-ah hai (no) yoh, I don't have transport anyways, who was I gonna sit with? No it just wouldn't work" I defended
"I would sit with you, you should know I wouldn't miss this!!" Classic Emily said
"Oh I know, but it ain't gonna happen, sorry nothing interesting for you today" I said laughing
As we walked into the class
"You Two girls are late!!" Ms B yelled as we strolled into the class.
"Sorry ma'am, I had to fetch Emily"I said mentally rolling my eyes as we went to sit next to Leslie
"So as I was saying, I Am very disappointed in you guys, why is No one doing duties Afteschool!! ?
Today we have soccer matches and hockey matches and no one has signed up. Thank you Jennifer ( a.k.a teachers pet) for signing up. As for the rest of you?? I still need people for the soccer match, why do you guys have these qualifications if you're not going to serve the school... I better have someone sign up otherwise I'm taking this to the principal!!!!!" She finished
"Ma'am I have extra lessons" Leslie said
She's so smart I should have also said that now it's gonna look shady
"And you?" She said point at me
"Um, no ma'am I Don't have transport for later" I said shaking my head, this lady must be crazy
"Can't you call your transport and tell them to fetch you later?" Ms B said
