I passed out some time ago, I don't know how long really.
I wake up to arguing.
Looking around me, I see I'm not laying with Frank anymore. I'm laying on my own on the cold leather car seat. I just have a think blanket thrown over me.
There's a chocolate bar laying next to me. I know Frank left it there for me. He's so sweet.
I hear arguing outside the car. As I move a little bit, I can see the three of them outside the car.
Mikey and Ray are in a heated argument while Frank is trying to calm them down.
"How did you not see the fucking barbwire in the road, Mikey?!"
What is going on?
"I said I'm sorry! I didn't see it!" Mikey wails.
Why aren't we moving anymore?
"Calm down, the both of you!" Frank says in his angry squeaky voice, I can see the others aren't paying attention to him.
They just keep arguing.
Did something happen to the car?
Are we stranded?
"This is just great! Absolutely wonderful!" Mikey growls as he angrily throws his hands at the blown out tires, "What are we going to do now? We can just as well be bait out here, I don't know how far those bounty hunters are. You saw yourself how many there were, we are out in the open here! You hear on the radio how big a bounty is on our heads. We're fucking screwed!" Mikey argues loudly.
"If you don't lower your voice, zombies will kill you before I do!" Ray whispers harshly.
He looks extremely angry, but he still has a look of calmness on his face. Mikey is ready to lunge at him.
Luckily Frank is standing in between them.
"Stop fighting now!" Frank suddenly lowers his voice, "I don't want to wake him up. He's not looking that good. I'm scared, guys." He says with a trembling voice.
He looks so fragile.
Mikey sadly folds his arms as he looks at Frank. All of them look really worried.
"I know, I'm worried about him too." Mikey sighs.
"We all just need to calm down and think of a plan, I ju-
Frank suddenly starts sobbing. Mikey pulls him in for a hug. Frank cries on Mikey's shoulder.
Ray takes a deep breath and then reassuringly puts his hand on Frank's shoulder, "Hey, don't get upset. Everything will be okay, its just a little bit of an inconvenience but we will be okay. We've dealt with worse."
"He better be fine." Frank mutters under his breath and then turns his back to them, looking at the mountains around us.
The mountains are surrounded by thick tropical forests. I always liked New Mexico. These forests are just really hot, but at night is becomes an ice land.
