To Lucy (a last remark)
I know that these will all be stories one day, and that some day, pictures will become old photographs. And we'll all become somebody's mom or dad. But right now these moments are stories, and lessons with meanings. And even though time slowly fades, carrying you away with it until suddenly it's plunging you into this abyss you don't understand, this is now. This is happening. I am here and I am looking at her. And she is so beautiful. I can see it. This one moment when you know you're not a sad story. You are alive, and you stand up and see the lights on the buildings and everything that makes you wonder. And then you'll die and then you'll realize that Lucy, you were loved. And life is not safe, but life is yet beautiful...and you're listening to that song and that drive with the people you love most in this world.
And in this moment I swear,
we are infinite.
