Chapter 31

Tyler's POV

"Alright Tyler, take it easy these next few days if you feel and dizziness or nausea call us" Dr.Denis said.

"Okay" I said

"And you're all set" he said.

"Thank you"

"You're welcome" he said before leaving the room.

"Oh my God you do not believe how excited I am to be going home" I said.

"I hope you are because we're all dying to have you home" Daryan said. "also I talked to the insurance company the other night and you totalled your car"

"Well great" I said.

"We'll go get you a new one tomorrow" he said "you're lucky we put money away incase something like this happened"

"I guess" I said "can we get going?"

"Yes come on" he said "I told your Dad we would stop at the diner on the way home"

"Isn't he babysitting?" I asked

"No they had a health critic come in earlier so Lauren's babysitting" he said.

"Oh" I said "well let's goooo"

"Come on" he said. After we got to the car we drove to Dad's diner.

"Hey boys" Jamie said when we walked in. "how you feeling Tyler?"

"Great to but out of the hospital" I said.

"I'll go get your dad find a seat yourselves" he said.

"Wow great customer service Jamie" I said.

"You're my step-son now and I'm sure you boys can seat yourselves" he said.

"Whatever you say" I said.

We sat down at the counter in two stools next to the register. A minute later Dad came out of the kitchen carrying a plate of food.

He gave it to a customer down the counter before walking over to us. "How you feeling kiddo?" He asked.

"Great" I said. "I'm just glad to be out of the hospital"

"I bet" he said. "What can I get you boys to eat?"

We told him our order before he went back into the kitchen again.

After we ate we headed home. When I walked in the house was chaotic. The first one to spot me was Kai.

"Daddy!!" He squealed running over to me.

"Hi buddy" I said picking him up.

"Miss you" he said.

"I missed you too" I replied kissing his forehead.

After all the kids seen me again they all went their separate ways except for Carter he was waiting for Kylie to come over.

"Oh yeah" Daryan said "I slipped up the other day and Carter knows about the baby"

"Really Daryan" I teased.

"Sorry" he said "he's the only one that knows though"

"I thought you two agreed six was enough?" Carter said.

"We did" I said "This one wasn't exactly planned"

Kylie walked through the door a few minutes later carrying Alena and her diaper bag.

"Dada!" Alena squealed as soon as she seen Carter.

"Hey baby" he cooed taking her from Kylie "how did you like staying at Mama's?"
