Their two days vacation in Malapascua Island turns out really great. Every seconds of being on that island was like being in God's paradise. There's only sea, sand, green trees, fresh and cold air, good foods, great scenery. No pollution, no stress, less toxic and less sorrow.
They didn't missed the chance of viewing the sunrise and sunset. All the problems completely vanished.
Island life wasn't bad and Daniela started considering it. She's been spending her whole life in city, maybe because of that, she crave to live in a place that is peaceful and away from the busy capital.
On the last night of their vacation, Rhein would like to spill the tea. Sasabihin na sana nya ang tungkol sa kalagayan nya but cat took away her tongue. Umurong ang dila nya. So instead of telling him the truth, she ended up saying that she's happy about their relationship's progress.
"You don't know how happy I am. More than what I show you. More than what you imagine." He replied. Tim intertwined his hands on her.
The couple travel back to Manila around eleven in the daylight. Umaga sila bumyahe para pagbalik nila sa Maynila ay makapagpapahinga pa sila, so they will have enough energy to work for the next day.
It was passed midnight when they arrived in their house in Manila. They head straight to their own rooms and then take a rest separately.
On morning, naunang pumasok si Daniela. She cooked breakfast meal for her husbabd and left a note saying she left early.
The vacation helped her a lot. Para syang android phone na nagrestart, na-restored. She become flexible again in her work. She respond quickly in emergencies, she's back on saving lives.
They have less for themselves, gusto sana ni Daniela na mag-abot kahit kaunting tulong lang.
Right after work, she went to supermarket to buy biscuits, coffees and other necessities na pwede nyang ibigay sa pamilya ng pumanaw nilang pasyente. After paying the bill of the products, she get into her car and drive. The google map guide her way at sa loob lang ng isang oras na pagmamaneho, huminto sya sa kalsadang matao, there are two tents, lights are everywhere, may mga bulaklak at kandila.
Although it feels like she's a deer entering a tiger's den, bumaba parin sya dala-dala ang mga pinamili nya.
But no, the old woman who mistreat her at the hospital let her into their small and humble house. She accomodated Daniela. And she asked for forgiveness dahil sa ginawa nyang pananakit at pagsisi sa doktora.
Those who don't have much for themselves are most often the ones who have too much forgiveness to give. That is what Daniela realized while talking to the old woman.
Sinilip nya ang coffin ng mag-ina. They are dead but they are bright. While looking at them, she promised herself that she will save mothers and children as much as she can. No matter what it takes.
