42: I'm Infertile

Timothy meet a potential client in mall. Kakatapos lang ng meeting nila when he coincidentally encounter Amanda. Naglalakad din ito magisa.

"Amanda? Hi!" Tim was the first to greet the woman. He happen to be the first one to notice her figure.

"Timothy!" Amanda exclaimed happily. "Small world!"

"Indeed," he uttered with a big smile. "Alone? Anong ginagawa mo dito?"

"Ahh," She scratch the back of her neck. "I was wandering around. Naghahanap ng pwedeng iregalo sa husband ko because his birthday is coming. But unfortunately, I can't find anything. Hindi ko din alam kung ano ba ang pwedeng iregalo."

"I thought vacation lang kayo ng husband mo sa Pilipinas? Its really surprising to see you here."

"No. Supposedly vacation lang dapat but my husband love it here that instant." Amanda explained. "I heard you and Daniela get married?"

Napangiti ng matamis si Timothy. With a wide smile he said, "yes. For almost two months."

"Oh my God! I'm so happy for the both of you! Belated congratulations! Back when we were still teens, alam ko na na she's in love with you. Although she didn't directly told me, as a friend and as a girl, I found it out myself. Looking back from this day, pakiramdam ko tuloy I was the villain at your love story." Amanda chuckled. Every words that she said, she meant it.

"You contribute a big role in why we ended up wedded now."

"Well thanks for that. It cleansed my conscience." Both of them laugh. "Are you busy, Tim? Can you recommend anything as a gift? Wala kasi talaga akong maisip."

"I don't know. Neck tie?"

"He owns about thousands of it."

"I think, coming from a guy who is married, I recommend something na palagi nyang makikita. Something that'll remind him your presence, your love for him. Something that he will use very often. I think?"

Amanda halted and think of what possible item na pwedeng gamitin ng asawa kahit natutulog o naliligo. Then she ended up suggesting a ring. Tim agreed. But it didn't stop there. Amanda being as clueless that she is, she asked for Tim's help sa pagpili ng regalo.

They had a very interesting conversation hanggang sa mabanggit ni Amanda na naghahanap pa silang mag-asawa ng lupa para pagtayuan nila ng bahay dito sa Pilipinas. It was a perfect timing dahil iyon mismo ang business ni Tim. He told her about his business and they closed a deal.

It was the real story that Daniela wasn't aware of.

Sinasarili parin ni Daniela ang tungkol sa video. She's scared to open it up to him. Papaano kung nagkikita parin sila? What if all his feelings for Amanda rushed back? Hindi nya kayang marinig ang tungkol sa bagay na yun. Para sa kanya ay mas mabuti pang magbulagbulagan keysa naman bawiin sa kanya ang kasiyahan na tinatamasa nya.

Daniela watch the video repeatedly. Halos daan-daang beses na nga nya itong napanuod. And the pain caused by it never lessened kahit na paulit-ulit na nya itong napanood.

During her lunch break, mabilis syang nagpunta sa klinika ng kaibigang nag t-therapy sa kanya. She was injected another medication. According to Dr. Robles, there's still no progress. She also notice Daniela's paleness at ang pagkatamlay nito. Inabisuhan nya si Daniela na stress can be one of the major factor that may hinder her ovary and egg development.

"Is alcohol also prohibited?" Tanong ni Daniela sa kaibigan.

"If occasional lang naman, it won't be bad."
