Nik's P.O.V-

As I think about what happened I am super ecstatic, yeah, not happy, ecstatic! That was really out of character for me but..wow. I'm screaming on the inside. Now I am just sitting on his bed staring at my hands like an idiot. I look over to see he is looking at me while he is biting his lip. I've noticed he has done that alot today and last night. I can't help but laugh at how cute he is. My gosh I keep getting lost in his beautiful eyes. YES I SAID IT BEAUTIFUL EYES, on a boy don't flip out on me. I mean you can't tell me you aren't immediately attracted to his eyes. They are the brightest blue EVER. Anyways... "What are you laughing at?" He asks. "You keep biting your lip. It's cute." I say kinda blushing for telling him he looks cute. "Oh. I keep doing it while not noticing I'm doing it." He says also blushing which makes it worse because it makes him looking even cuter. How is this even happening. My smile is even bigger now. "Are you really that happy geez don't strain your smile." He says laughing "HEY! This is your fault." I hit him lightly in the shoulder. "Hey!" He says and pouts a little which then I can't stand his cuteness and I kiss him on the cheek and he blushes like super bright. Like brighter than a freshly painted fire truck red. "I think I should be heading home. Its getting late." I say looking at the clock. Its 6'oclock now. "My mom should be coming home soon and I have to make dinner." I say while packing my stuff back in my bag. "Wait before you leave." Jamie gets up off his bed while I stand up. I'm taller than Jamie but only by a few inches. I never noticed that until he stands up on his tiptoes and kisses me on the lips before saying "Bye. Text me when you get home safe." "Okay. I will." I say as I walk out of his room and go down the steps to leave. Kathy walks into the livingroom and holds the door while saying "Bye Nik it was nice to meet you." "Bye. Thanks for having me" I say walking to my car. I get in and drive home. I am so ecstatic still. I walk in the house, text Jamie that I got home okay and put dinner in the oven. Then Jamie texts me again.

Jamie: sooo, I had fun tonight and today...😉
Me: Really...Which part
Jamie: All of it
Me: You wanna know which part was my favorite?
Jamie: Sure.. 🤔
Me: You 😘😉
Jamie: Um.*cough cough* 😳 wow. That's kinda embarrassing.
Me: lol that's the point. 😂😉 but seriously though.
Jamie: That's not fair! *pout* you have had a boyfriend and I haven't even told but like 3 people!
Me: Hey!
Me: So I have a question...
Jamie: Okay??? What is it?
Me: What is this? Are we? I just don't know what to think about this.. I mean we kissed multiple times and made out for an entire movie. And then you kiss me bye....
Jamie: I think I can answer your question.
Jamie: I know we met not to long ago but it feels like I've known you forever. Since the first day you sat down in class I couldn't keep my eyes off you. I think I've been falling for you since then. I don't know how to explain it. You are what makes me happy and I don't want to think of a life where you aren't in it. I don't care about what others will think. I can't think of a better way to come out to people then with the person I love. So I am 10000 percent serious when I ask Nik Davidson will you be my boyfriend?
Me: HOLY CRAP! YES! OF COURSE!! Oh, and just saying I know you didn't technically say it but I love you too.
Jamie: Wow. So. I have a boyfriend now. Can we not tell Jenny or Luke or my parents just yet. I mean you can tell your mom or whatever but just not them... please. I want to tell them in person, maybe tomorrow? For lunch we can tell Jenny and Luke and your mom over lunch? Then we can tell my parents and everyone else..
Me: Yeah, you can take as much time as you need. I have no rush to tell anyone. We can keep it between us as long as you want. I think it's kinda hot keeping it a secret, just between us till you wanna tell people. We can tell my mom whenever you want.
*beep beeps beep*

Me: No problem, dinner is done I gotta take it out of the oven. ❤😉😘

I take our dinner out of the oven and text mom to ask her what time she is gonna be home. She says she just got off so about 15 minutes max. Ahhh! I am so excited I just have to scream "ahhhh! Holy crap. I am so happy. Jamie is my boyfriend. Okay. Dinner is ready. Table is set. Drinks are on the table. Food on plates. Done." I say checking off everything that needed to be done. I just had to tell say out loud at least once. Whew. I can't believe it.
