Morning time at the Richardson kingdom
Nobody's POV
"A letter has been sent in by Kenny asking for a peace treaty. He also mentioned that he officially wants to hold a ball in place of the celebration of our kingdoms coming together for peace!" Caesar shouted in happiness. His daughter Elena just stood by his side next to the throne and smiled knowing thatLevi had talked Kenny round to joining their side.
She couldn't help but wonder what happened in between the talk. She hasn't heard anything from Levi either. But she just figured that he was busy finding a suitor or was just doing paperwork.
Lately she had been thinking of him ever since she encountered him when tried to kill her. Which was ages ago she snapped out of her thought when her father called her name.
"Elena? Are you listening to me?" He questioned looking at her slightly concerned.
"Oh sorry father I was just day dreaming what did you say?" She politely asked. He chuckled in response because she does this often.
"I said that Kenny hasn't seen Levi since yesterday ever since returning from the ball. So he thought that you may know where he went"
My heart started hearing rapidly in my chest. I didn't know where he went. What happened if something bad had happened to him?
"I don't know he told me yesterday that he was going straight back to his castle to talk to Kenny and se what would happen about the peace treaty and the war. Father what happens if he's in danger..." my voice becoming very quiet as the end.
"I don't know dear. Any way don't let this disturb you from your day okay? I'll send a letter to the king letting him know the information that you have told me. Now the suitor is waiting for you outside. We have to find you a husband. Your over age and is soon to be queen. You need to be ready." I nodded my head and went to my room to get prepared to meet some of the gentlemen that my suitor has lined up for me today.
I sighed knowing that this was going to be a long day and knowing that it wouldn't be a waste of my time.
20 minutes later...
I had changed out of my old dress and had out on a new outfit that was suited for the day.

I had gone down to the courtyard and waited to get into my carriage to meet the suitor.
"Your highness. The carriage is ready to go" the servant said. I nodded my head and slowly walked towards the carriage.
The doors closed and I sat down on the seats. The ride wasn't too long because we were going into the town. The security was high due to the other war that had only recently started. However they were more dangerous than the Ackerman Kingdom and they show no mercy to anyone.
The carriage came to a stop and I was greeted with the suitor.
"Hello again Elena! Ready for another action packed day with your best friend!" Screamed the overly exited woman called Hanji.
"Yes Hanji hello, now please calm down we're in public.." I swear dropped as I whispered this to her. Her eyes suddenly went wide and she awkwardly scratched the back of her neck.
"Yeah okay I'm sorry now we have to go. Your first suitor is ready to meet you and you've got five minutes to get there!" She announced.
After meeting all of the suitors
"Non of them are my type and I didn't like their attitudes. They only care about the throne and my money" I said to her as I crossed my arms.
I hated people like that. They don't ever care about you or your wellbeing but they only care for your wealth and title. Unfortunately that's how people are in this world.
"Well we have to find you someone quickly Elena. You know that I can only do so much for you. And you may be forced into a marriage where you don't get a choice."
"I know Hanji and I also know that my father doesn't want to force me into a marriage either. He wants em to find happiness and someone who I actually love. But so far i haven't found any" I spoke up and sighed.
I knew this was hard on her because she was a only trying to find the best people. I unfortunately for me I don't like anyone that she brings. It's just they all have the same attitudes and objectives - money and titles. Some of the men she brings are pervs and only want my body so I despise them more than I do with the other ones.
Suddenly a guard came racing over to me and Hanji and told me that I was needed back at the castle for urgent business.
I apologised to Hanji for the sudden inconvenience and told her I had to go. She gave me a smile and a hug before I rushed back to the castle to see what I was needed for.
Once we arrived back at the castle I was greeted by the father.
"Elena, I'm sorry for the sudden message but there is something that you need to see."
He looked over to the door and gestured for someone to come out. It was non other than Kenny Ackerman. Levi's uncle.
I gasped a little but not too much to draw attention to myself.
I curtsy in his presence and he tells me to stand up and that there was no need for me to show such respect.
"Princess Elena... It's good to see you again" he stated and looked at me with his steel-blue eyes which were very similar to Levi's.
"The pleasure is all mine your majesty... I'm sorry for the past events as well I hope you could find it in yourself to forgive me. I can understand if you cannot" I looked at the ground when I said this. Although I was rarely in battle with the Ackermans I knew that I had slain some of their soldiers and this is why I felt guilty.
"Your highness all is forgiven. The past is the past. For now let us look upon the future!" He said he held his hand out for me to shake it and he gave me a big smile. I smiled back at him and returned the gesture.
"However we have to talk about the task at hand." My father spoke up breaking the heartfelt moment between the king and I.
I nodded my head and my father lead us to his office.
"As you know Prince Levi hasn't shown up since this morning. He has gone out before at night but he has always returned to us in the morning. Now he hasn't returned and we also found blood in his room."
My eyes went wide at this sudden news. My heart rate quickened and my hands strayed to sweat. This was noticeable by my father as he looked at me concerned.
"Do you have any idea what might've happened Kenny?" My father spoke up.
He shook his head and did a long sigh showing his stress. It was clear that he had put a lot of thought into it since this morning.
"We think he may have been kidnapped but we aren't sure... That's why I came here today to ask for your aid in getting him back. The person he may have been taken by is a high skilled assassin and I know about your amazing abilities Elena. So please could you help us find Levi and retrieve him safety?" He asked me. I tried to process all of this and I answer in almost and instant.
"Yes Kenny. I will gladly help out in this operation. When do we start?" I asked.
"We start tomorrow. Me and Caesar have already discussed all of the plans. You are to stay at my castle for a while with my hospitality. You will be in command of my army. However this mission is a solo mission. With help of the army will be a last resort. Do you have any objections Elena?"
I looked at him and grinned and he grinned back at me.
"No sir!"
My father looked at the pair of us and smiled.
"Elena please prepare you armour, horse, weapons and anything else you will need for the trip. Meanwhile I will discuss things with Kenny." I curtsy to him and walk to my room.
Tomorrow's going to be a long day...
