Elena's POV

I opened my eyes and saw a bright light. My pupils widened. I'm suppose to be dead... but I didn't want to die. I was like something forced it's way into my mind. Voices telling me to take the sword and plunge it into my chest.

"I don't want to die..." I whispered. I looked down and saw that the sword wasn't there and neither was my blood. I looked down and saw that my outfit had changed.

I was in my divine maiden armour although I didn't have my sword on me. I shrugged and walked towards the light. Suddenly a flash appeared and I was in a different place.

Shards of what seemed like glass floated around me. A glass path like walk way arrested in front of me beckoning for me to continue walking to the end. I took a step and everything froze.

The floating glass were all lined up at the side creating a wall. I looked at the pieces of glass to find people on them.

I squinted my eyes to see who these people were. Once the images became clear it showed me. I furrowed my brows in confusion as I kept slowly walking forwards.

I soon realised that this place was my memories. All of the good times and the bad times that I had in life. I looked around and saw all of the times that I was training with my father. The times I was at war slaughtering people and the times where I made the right decision and found love. That made me realise that I truly didn't want to die. I wasn't destined to die.

I had to live for him. For my Fiancé. For my future husband.

"I WANT TO LIVE!" I shouted. A year cane out of the counters of my ice blue eyes. A bright light appeared and almost blinded me. I placed my arm over my eyes to protect them.

Once the light had gone I slowly took my arm away from my eyes to see what had just happened. In front of me were three women in different types of armour.

A brown haired woman walked forward first. She was practically glowing from her glory. Secondly a red haired woman walked forward covered in scars. Her heavenly blue eyes were hard to miss. Finally a dark blue haired woman with fair blue eyes stepped forward with a small smile on her face.

They started at me but then had a gentle smile on their faces. I looked at then in shock.

"Hello Elena we've been expecting you my dear" the dark haired woman said. She walked forward and grabbed my hands. I didn't know what to do. I was speechless.

"Don't be scared of us princess we are the divine maidens" the brown haired woman said as her aura got brighter somehow.

"Your the divine maidens?" I questioned. I furrowed my brows together.

"Yes we are. You know why your here right? Your dead." She said. I nodded as a yes and pressured her to continue.

"As you all know you are the strongest divine maiden ever created. We died in battle trying to keep peace between all of the kingdoms. Which you should already know. However you were out under a mind control spell which made you commit suicide. You couldn't help that so that's why we are here now" the brown haired girl said.

"Basically we have to be power to become a goddess and fight for humanity. You need to defeat the one enemy. The hell demon. As you already know he is hiding in plain sight." The red head finally spoke up.

"I know his identity too" I told her. Her eyes widened before going back to normal.

"Good. It's great to know that you take your duties seriously" she gave me a small smile.

"Whats my mission?" I asked.

"Go to the hell demon and kill him."

"His name is..."

"Erwin Smith"

I smirked knowing that I would be able to take down my longtime rival. I nodded my head and they told me to go to the end of the tunnel.

After a few minutes of sprinting I finally made it o the end of the tunnel. There was a large white door. I opened the door knob and fell down a deep dark hole.

As I was falling I felt an overwhelming feeling of power. Something different to my light magic. It was light and dark. The power to defeat Erwin and take back the crown and bring peace between all of the kingdoms.

Suddenly my eyes opened and I was greeted by water.

"Ughh what the hell why have I got water on my eyes?" I said out loud. I sat up forgetting my surroundings.

"Elena?" A voice called out to me. I looked to side before wiping my eyes. My vision cleared up and so saw Levi holding me whilst tears were streaming down his cheeks.

I realised that he had been crying because I had 'died'. I frowned before sitting up and pulling him into a hug.

"Hey it's okay. I'm sorry for scaring you like that but I'm fine I promise I will never leave you" his slowly wrapped his arms around my waist before crying into my chest. His tears setting my dress. But I couldn't care less.

"You brat I thought that you'd died" he whispered harshly through his unstoppable tears. I ran my hand through his hair calming him down.

"I'm back and I'm better than ever" I looked up out of the window and smiled.

Thank you for a second chance. I will avenge you all my sisters.

Well sorry for the long wait. After the last chapter I didn't have any ideas left for the book but I have a plot planned now! Thanks for reading x
