I sat on the bed, wrapped up in the sheets as Justin paced around the room in front of me. He had put on a pair of sweatpants, which I noted to yell at him for later.
"I don't... Fuck." He groaned and pressed his hands over his face. "Why would you ever, ever think that I'm going to leave you?" He asked, now looking at me. "I don't... My heart doesn't it's just my brain..." I whispered. "What, why?" He replied. I sighed and stood up from the bed. I grabbed a t-shirt from the dresser and slipped it on before walking over and grabbing the vase off of the end table. I looked straight into his eyes before tossing it on the ground, watching it smash into pieces.
"What the fuck?" He shouted, his eyes wide. "Fix it, Justin. Fix it just the way it was before. So that you can't tell that it was ever broken." I replied, not looking away from him. He furrowed his eyebrows. "I can't... I could put it back together, but you'd still be able to tell..." He replied, shaking his head. I raised my eyebrows at him. "Exactly." I whispered. He blinked a few times before shaking his head. "I... So what, that's supposed to be us? I broke us?" He asked. I shook my head and walked over to him, careful not to step on any glass. "No, Justin." I whispered before wrapping my arms around his waist.
"You broke my heart. When I saw you kiss Selena, that broke my heart. When you came home with someone else's lipstick on you... That broke my heart. You put it back together, Justin. I love you so much. But it will never be the same as it was before. I will always have that fear of seeing you with another girl again. That fear of you leaving me because I wasn't enough. So when you say stuff like I'm yours... I don't know. It just scares me. I always want to be yours." I whispered. He nodded in understanding.
"I'm sorry." He replied quietly, his eyes now tearing up. "If you truly understood how much I love you, you'd know that I'd never in a million years want anyone other than you. I know that may be hard to believe because of what happened in the past, but it's true. You're my everything Hannah. I'm going to grow old with you. I'm going to marry you and have the most adorable little babies with you. What happened in the past will be exactly that. The past." He whispered. "I wish so badly that you understood. I love you. No one else. I will never love anyone else. It will always be you." He whispered.
I pulled out of my grasp and walked over to grab a shirt. "Get dressed. Shower, dress up. I'm taking you out tonight. I'll be back at 6 to pick you up." He walked over and placed a kiss on my forehead. "I love you. So fucking much. You." He whispered before walking out of the room. ~*~
I sat in the downstairs den, waiting for Justin like he told me to. He said 6, which is exactly one minute from now. I still felt bad for earlier, but I tried to push it aside. I just wanted to have a nice night with Justin.
"Hannah?" I looked over and saw Max in the doorway. "Mr.Bieber is here." He said. I smiled and stood up, running my hands over my dress before walking over to him. "How do I look?" I asked with a smile. "Extremely lovely. Mr.Bieber is one very lucky man." He replied with a smile before offering me his arm. I gladly took it and walked out into the entry way with him. I smiled as I walked up to Justin in a tux, his hair slicked back and his hands in his pockets. "Hi." I smiled and leaned up to peck his lips."You look gorgeous." He whispered. I blushed and looked down at my feet. "Max, shall we?" Justin asked with a smile. Max nodded and led us out to the car.
We walked, Justin being sure to lock the door behind us. Max opened the door for us, allowing us to slide in before running around to the drivers seat. The car took off down the road and I turned my head to Justin. "So Justin, did you know that Max has a daughter?" I asked. Justin furrowed his eyebrows. "Max, why didn't you tell me?" He asked. "Never came up, sir. My apologies." Max replied nervously.
"She's in the US. She's 14. I was thinking maybe for my birthday you could send Max back to the US or a week or two and let him visit her?" I asked, my hand finding his knee. Justin nodded. "Yeah, yeah. Of course. Max, you should have told me." Justin frowned. "Thank you, Mr.Bieber. Again, my apologies." Max replied, but smiled back at me in the mirror. I smiled and leaned my head on Justin's shoulder.
"Where are we going?" I asked quietly. "You'll see."~*~
We pulled up to the spot in the woods that Justin brought me to the night of the fire. He covered my eyes with a piece of cloth before leaning in and kissing my cheek. "Stay." He chuckled and made his way out of the car.I patiently waited for him. A couple of seconds later I heard the door open. "Alright, baby. Come on, careful." Justin spoke. I carefully climbed out of the car, taking hold of Justin's arm as he walked us away from the car, I'm assuming.
"Okay... Take it off." He whispered. I obeyed and slipped the cover off of my eyes, gasping at the sight in front of me. There was a large heart made of rose petals, a little trail of rose petals leading up to it. There were those white Christmas lights strung in the trees, giving the whole place a warm glow. "Justin... This is so cute." I smiled and turned around in his arms. "Come here." He smiled and grabbed my hand. He lead me to the center of the heart and stopped.
"Why are your hands so sweaty?" I giggled. He nervously smiled at me. "I wanted to wait until your birthday for this but... I feel like now is the right time." He explained.
"I love you, Hannah. More than anything. I can't take back what I did but I hope that I can make it all better by showing you that I love you more than I have ever loved anything. I love your hair, and your eyes, your mouth, nose, arms, legs, tummy, lips, even that little attitude that you get with me sometimes. It keeps me in line." I giggled and blushed a bit.
"I will never in my life meet a woman that even compares to you. When you came to me, you were a virgin in every sense of the word. You'd never had sex, never had a real boyfriend, never been loved like the way I love you." He added. "What is this?" I giggled. "Shh, let me finish." He scolded with a smile. "I know you're only 17 and that I'm only 20. I know it's soon and I know that a million things could go wrong. I know we'll be judged because of how soon it is, and I know that there's a large possibility of you saying no but..." My heart began to race as he let go of my hands.
He slowly got down on one knee and pulled a small black box from his pocket. "Oh, god." I cried out and placed my hand over my mouth. "I love you, Hannah." He whispered before opening the box, revealing the large diamond ring. "Marry me?"
