"Sign here...and here."

I signed the final document and placed the pen down. Looking up, the man in front of me smiled and stood up, holding his hand out.

"Congratulations, Mr. Jameson, you are now the proud owner of a new house."

I stood up as well and smiled, taking his hand and shaking it. I thanked him and grabbed the new house key, adding it to my ring of other keys. I walked out of the building and got in the car.

"Is everything finished?"

I turned to Felix and smiled. "Yup, we can start moving in tomorrow."

"You're eighteen and you just bought your first house."

"You're twenty, you own a house, and are a co-owner of a school, you're doing good with life too, Felix."

We both chuckled and he started the car, driving out of the parking lot. He drove us to a clothing store and parked in front. I called Benji, and a few minutes later, him, Dom, and Milo walked out with bags. They put their stuff in the trunk and hopped in the back.

"How did the meeting go, Xavier?" I heard Benji ask.

"It was good, but I have a surprise for all of you guys tomorrow." I looked back and gave them each a big smile while they shook their heads.

"You do too much for us, Xavier." Dom huffed as he buckled up.

I faced forward as Felix pulled out and started the drive to the next stop. "Yeah, because I like taking care of you guys and spoiling you."

Benji whined. "But it's not fair because we don't have money to buy you gifts and surprises, too."

I reached around the seat and patted his leg, feeling his hand grab mine. "You guys don't have to buy me anything to repay me, just promise me that you will always love me and will take care of each other."

"Of course, Xavier, why would you ask that?" I heard Dom's voice and looked back.

Milo gave me a sad face and I smiled softly. "I just want to make sure, that's all."

Benji looked at the door again when it opened and I grabbed his hand. "Baby, calm down, Dom, Milo, and I are here in case anything happens."

Don nodded and grabbed his other hand, looking back at Milo who was sitting at another table by himself. He smiled and looked back down at the menu.

A few days ago, Benji invited Dom and I to come with him the next time he had to meet with his brothers. I of course accepted right away since I didn't want Benji to get another bruise from them. The other times he's gone to meet with his brothers, he always came back with bruises on his face or body.

It made me furious because I knew I couldn't do anything to them since they were Benji's brothers, but they sure didn't act like it.

Benji told me that his brothers always made him pay for everything whenever they had their monthly meetup. I told him that I would choose a restaurant and pay for everything, but he of course didn't want that since they were his brothers.

I told him that they didn't act like it, and that I wanted to pay since Dom and I were coming along. He finally gave in, but whined about it after that for the rest of the day.
