Day 5
I wake up late, still tired when I do. I would've went back to bed but I smelled cooking. I went down to the small kitchen. Gale was over the stove making grilled cheese.
"Hi Gale" he jumped almost a mile high
"Hi Catnip"
"Sorry Gale"
"Its okay, you hungry?"
"Yeah"
"Okay go sit down, Thresh should be down soon"
He got out three plates and put the grilled cheese on them. As he put the plates on the table Thresh came down stairs.
"Thanks" he drowsily said to Gale.
After a few minutes of silence I made conversation.
"What do you wanna do today?"
"We could hang around here" replied Gale lazily
"Or we could go to the beach" Thresh retorted
"Yes beach let's do that" I pratically yelled at them.
After eating we went to our rooms to get ready. I chose a mint green bikini that tied over my ribs and a matching bottom and left my curly hair down. I met them down in the lobby. A few minutes later they came down the elevator.
"Hey Kat let's sit far away from the volleyball net"
"Ha ha funny Thresh"
"I thought it was" I slapped his head ans walked away
"Wait up" they ran after me
After we put our stuff down we went swimming. When we got as far into the water as we wanted we heard laughing. We turned and saw Peeta and his friends surfing. He turned and saw me then waved. I waved back and he motioned for us to come over.
"Hey Thresh, Gale do you wanna hangout with Peeta and his friends?"
"Yeah sure let's go"
We swam over to them. Thank god they weren't that far away.
"Hi guys"
"Hi Kitty, how are you?"
"I'm good thanks Finnick"
"Hi Johanna"
"Do I know you?"
"Names Gale"
"Anyway we were going to Geoffrreys for dinner, do you wanna come?"
"No we don't wanna be neucents"
"C'mon you won't be" retorted Peeta
"Please" begged Annie
"Fine, when do we meet?"
"How about six" Says Glimmer
"Six okay we'll meet you there but we gotta go
"Okay bye Guys, Katniss"
"Bye"
We walked back to our hotel room so we could put on formal attire. I put on a pretty long dress and red heels. By the tine I was done getting ready it was 5:56 and right when I was walking down the stairs I bumped into Thresh, Gale. Together we went and got into the car. Glae typed the name of the resterant into the GPS.
After five minutes we're there and man is this place packed. We go up to the lady who takes people to there places.
"Hello we are meeting people"
"Name?"
"Peeta Mellark"
"Yes, yes right this way"
She takes us to Peeta and His friends.
"Hi guys"
"Hi Kaniss, Gentlemen"
We sit down and soon our server comes and asks us for our drink orders.
"Coke" Annie
"Pepsi" Cato
"Water" Gale
"Water" Thresh
"Lemonade" Clove
"Kiwi Strawberry Martini" Glimmer
"Whiskey sour with lime" Marvel
"Snake Venom" Johanna
"Water" Madge
"Bruichladdich X4" Finnick
"Hmm frozen lemonade" Peeta
"Rasberry Lemonade Martini" Me
She left to go get our drinks. A silence overtook us until Glimmer broke it.
"So Kaniss have you guys seen anything cool here yet?"
"No, we have to go back to New York in 36 Days"
"Still you could go to Disneyland, see the Golden Gate Bridge, see LegoLand, oh and see The Hollywood Walk Of Fame, and see the Hollywood Sign" replied Clove
"You know what we are gonna take you guys" Commented Annie
"No no I dont , we don't wanna be a bother"
"What no you guys are friends now, please" retorted Finnick
"Ok I'll go" said Gale looking at Johanna
"Me too" replied Thresh glancing at Madge
"I'm sorry" I replied stubbornly
"Please Katniss" Peeta pleaded
"Fine but we be have to be back in 36 days,okay?"
"Okay" they cheered together
Our waitress comes back with our drinks
"Sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier I'm July Wayne and I'll be your server tonight, are you guys ready?"
She's pretty tall, ahe has black hair, and green eyes. She was wearing a short sleeved red button up with a black skirt and black high heels.
"Yeah we chorus"
"Okay when your ready"
Time Skip
After that amazing dinner and invite. I sit in bed and think. They must have been excited about the trip because they said we were leaving tommorow. I have already packed and got into bed. Now the hard part going to sleep. I'm happy about tommorow yet scared.
I finally lay down. The last thought of the day is "will I have fun?"
