I felt something touch my arm, so I reacted by taking my hatchet out.

"Whoa, whoa," Clarke said. "Just me."

I lowered my hatchet. "Sorry."

She shook her head before straightening herself. I sat up. "We're leaving."

I nodded, gathering my things before standing up and following Octavia. It's still dark so I couldn't have slept for more than one or two hours.

°°°

We walked through the woods, single file. As the sun shined, Clarke, Bellamy, and myself followed Octavia. She stopped a few feet ahead of us.

"This is it," Bellamy stated, looking at a piece of paper in his hand. We stared at a huge statue of some sort in the distance; it was of a man in a chair. "Which way to the village?"

When Octavia didn't answer, I looked at her. She looked upset and angry.

"Octavia?" I questioned.

She inhaled sharply, pointing her sword toward the statue. "The Reapers came from there." The girl's breath quickened as she turned to her brother, crying. "I couldn't save him, Bell."

Bellamy pulled Octavia into a hug as she cried. I bit my lip slightly.

"I couldn't save him."

°°°°

"What the hell was that?" I asked in shock as I heard multiple gunshots. The four of us an through the forest until more gunshots were heard. More and more shots could be heard along with screaming. If I'm correct, it's coming from what I assume is a village. We eventually reached a clearing where a village of grounders were all trapped. Many of them were dead and Finn was aiming a gun at them, Murphy by his side. I followed Bellamy and Clarke into the village, Octavia running ahead. The villagers were terrified.

I looked at Finn, who stared at Clarke, a look of relief on his face. Every time he took a step toward Clarke, she took a step back.

"I found you."

°°°

It's been two days since we found Finn and Murphy. It's currently dark and Clarke and me are telling Bellamy about Mount Weather.

"Okay. Tell me again," Bellamy said.

"It's a labyrinth," Clarke said. "We got through the dam through this tunnel. It's all connected to the mine system. That's our way in."

Bellamy nodded. "Sure, if we can get past the Reapers and the Mountain Men. I swear to god, if your mom doesn't sanction a mission soon I'm going by myself."

I scoffed, raising an eyebrow at the boy. "Like hell, I'd let you go without me."

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Finn and Murphy walk out of the ship. Bellamy seemed to notice and looked over his shoulder.

"Looks like the inquisition's over," he said. He turned back to Clarke. "How's Finn doing anyway?"

I watched as Clarke fiddled with her fingers slightly. "I haven't talked to him since we got back. I don't know what to say... He just kept shooting."

I put a reassuring hand on Clarke's shoulder.

"We're at war, Clarke," Bellamy stated. "We've all done things."

I pursed my lips as Finn walked over to us.

"Hey," he greeted simply.

"Hey," Bellamy greeted back. My sister and Finn looked at each other awkwardly, not saying anything.
