I sat in engineering with Raven. Lexa had assigned bodyguards to both Clarke and I. My bodyguards name is Dean. I watched Raven as I waited for Bellamy to check in. Raven's trying to figure out the whole acid fog situation and the dam as well.

"Has he checked in yet?" Clarke asked, walking into engineering her bodyguard right behind her.

I shook my head in response. "No."

Raven turned, looking at the grounder behind the blonde girl. "Worried someone's gonna try to take a shot at you inside the Ark?"

Clarke turned to the grounder, speaking. "Wait outside, Rider."

The grounder gave the girl a single nod before turning and walking out of the room. Clarke looked at Raven, who had went back to studying her board.

"Lexa's orders," Clarke clarified.

"Whatever, Clarke."

Clarke looked at the radio before speaking. "He's late. What if something's happened to him?"

I hook my head. "He'll be fine, Clarke."

The girl looked around the room at all of Raven's work so far. "You've been busy. Why are you focusing on the dam? I told you, acid fog is our priority."

"Until Bellamy gets eyes on their dispersal system," Raven answered, "there's only so much I can do."

Clarke pursed her lips as she let out a sigh. "Fine. Tell me about the dam. Can we cut off their power?"

"Maybe," Raven said. "I'm still playing with a few things."

I watched as Clarke grabbed the tone generator, switching it on. "How many of these have you made?"

"Only two so far, but--" Raven began explaining but Clarke cut her off, spinning around to look at her.

"Two? That's not enough," Clarke shot. "There'll be reapers everywhere."

I pursed my lips awkwardly as Raven stepped toward Clarke, speaking in an annoyed tone. "Hi-frequency tone generators don't grow on trees, Clarke. Wick is scrounging for parts--"

"Raven," Clarke interrupted. "I am about to leave for Tondc, where Lexa and the heads of all 12 grounder clans are waiting for me to tell them we're a go. Only, we're not a go, because they still have acid fog and we only have two tone generators."

"Hey," I said, standing up. "We'll be ready." The girl looked doubtful.

"We will," I reassured.

"Work Station, do you read me?" Bellamy said through the radio. "Anybody there?"

I spun around, going to it. "Bellamy, you're late. Every three hours means every three hours."

"Are you through?" Bellamy asked.

I pursed my lips. "Have you found the source of the acid fog?"

Bellamy answered. "No. That's gonna have to wait."

Clarke snatched the radio from my hand. "What? No. Nothing is more important than that."

I narrowed my eyes at the girl as Bellamy spoke again. "Our friends are. They've started taking them from the dorm. One at a time, every few hours."

I furrowed my eyebrows confused as Raven spoke. "Taking them where?"

"I don't know. We tried to follow them, but they went to a classified level. Maya borrowed schematics of the vent system from her boss, and we're still trying to find a way in."
