The commander allowed Abby, Clarke, and myself and our guards to use horses to get back home. She sent two escorts back with us to take the horses back, I think. After some time of riding, we stopped. Abby got off her horse. I got off my horse for a break as Clarke talked to Abby. After a few seconds of talking with Abby, Clarke spoke to everyone else. "Our scouts patrol these woods," She announced. "Be careful where you shoot."

"Yes, ma'am," one of the guards said.

The grounders nodded. I listened to Clarke and Abby as I pet my horse. "The grounders listen to you," Abby stated.

"Lexa told them to," Clarke said. "We shouldn't have stopped. Mount up."

"Clarke," Abby tried, but the girl shook her head.

"Mom, I need to get back to that radio to see if Bellamy's made contact."

"Listen to me," Abby said. "I know you don't think you need my protection anymore. But you do. You have to trust that I know what's right for us. Let's go home. Let's move out."

I mounted my horse. As I waited for everyone else to Mount up, a gunshot ran through the air and a grounder fell to the ground behind me. He was shot.

"Mountain men," I mumbled. Clarke began riding her horse away. "Clarke!"

I went after her, a grounder following close behind. We rode up a hill to find Octavia about to kill a man in a hazmat suit. Indra and a few other grounder's watched.

"Octavia, no," Clarke shouted. "He's from Mount Weather. We need to keep him alive. Check to see if he's got a patch kit. We've got to get him back to camp."

Octavia let go of the mountain man, going to the bag beside another man in a hazmat, who was dead. I tilted my head to the side slightly as Octavia pulled what looked like pictures from the bag.

"What is that?" Clarke asked.

Octavia walked to Clarke. "Clarke, you, Aiden, and Lexa were the targets."

The girl handed Clarke a picture of Clarke, Lexa, and myself in the woods. Damn.

"We have to warn the commander," Indra announced. She then said something I didn't understand, causing the grounder that had followed us to turn and ride away.

We carried the mountain man and the grounder into medical on stretchers.

"Jackson, we've got two patients. You get the radiation burns, I've it the gunshot wound," Abby shouted. I helped set down the mountain man.

"This guy's from Mount Weather. We'll need the keep him alive," Clarke said to Jackson." There was a tear in his suit, but we fixed it in the field."

Raven came up beside me causing me to look at her. "Anything from Bellamy?" I asked.

The girl shook her head. "No."

"Then why aren't you at the radio?" Clarke asked harshly.

Raven was taken aback slightly as she answered. "Octavia just took my place. How about you back off?"

As Jackson was about to take the mountain man's mask off, I grabbed his wrist, stopping him. "No. Leave it on. It's the only thing keeping him alive."

Jackson looked at me, confused. "Well, how can we treat a guy if we can't touch him?"

"I can rig up some scrubbers in the airlock," Raven suggested. "Give me 20 minutes."

"Damn it," Abby announced. "I'm losing him. I need the blood now!"
