The clock read 4:30.

Thirty minutes past the usual time and Mr. Oh was still deciding if he should really go to the class or head home straight. Going against Mr. Suho's warning was not something he was keen of but he wasn't wanting to disappoint her either. The desk in his office was stacked with papers full of math exercises and assignment books that were yet to be corrected. His eyes fell upon the table calendar, the date beside which he had doodled a cake with candles. Tomorrow was his birthday but he wasn't the least bit excited as he wondered if it was going to be yet another insignificant day like every other year that would be spent downing bottles of alcohol. Once his briefcase was packed, he stepped out of his cabin and locked his office door.

Upon entering the classroom, there was no sign of the girl. Well, that made it easier for him. A sigh of relief escaped his lips. Perhaps she got tired of waiting, he thought. But before he could turn back to go, a paper plane hit his head from behind.

The polaroid captured the photo of a surprised Mr. Oh.

"Say cheese! Why not we take a selfie together for an awesome start?" Hazel positioned the camera vertically and zoomed in on his face.

He shoved the camera away from his face and flicked her forehead instead. "Keep that in your backpack before someone walks in on us."

"Okay..." she rubbed her forehead and grimaced with a tight smile plastered to her face. There was some truth in what he had said which made her swallow any words of protest. "If you aren't going to take a pic with me, you could at least compliment the art work that I did."

He was so absent minded to the extent where he hadn't noticed the drawing she managed to do on the green board within the time he arrived.

Thanks to Mr. Oh Sehun (a.k.a God mother fairy) was written in big, bold words above the drawing of an angel with a pair of wings.

"Well, you didn't have to go that far," Mr. Oh gave a sheepish smile at her cringe worthy way of expressing gratitude. He kept the briefcase on the desk. He rolled his sleeves up his arm and gripped his side with one hand, placed the other palm on the desk and stood keenly focusing on the drawing.

"This is the least bit I could do for your benevolent showering of praises during the meet," she said moving the chalk stick on the board. "By the way, I'm impressed by your drawing skill. If there's any changes you would suggest for this..." she stopped without completing, clearly startled to feel the math teacher already standing an inch behind, trapping her between him and the board.
