No matter how much she tried, her eyes failed to widen and all of Baldy's lecture wasn't helping either. The way he droned on about ancient history like as though it was a very essential thing to be known in life was funny and at the same time making her tired eyes flutter shut.

"Didn't sleep well yesterday night?" Soyeon whispered to Hazel admist the boring lecture.

She slightly shook her head and rested her chin on the table. "No"

"Why are you having that weird smile on your face?" Soyeon squinted her eyes at her.

"Am I?" she turned towards her and beamed. "Yes I am... No wonder my cheek muscles are hurting," she rubbed her cheeks with the smile never fading from her face.

"Umm... Did something happen?" Soyeon raised both brows and dropped the pen on the desk.

"Nothing."

"I'm not buying that Hazel. You know how bad you are at lying," she retorted.

She giggled like a kid which made Soyeon suspect her even more. Something has surely happened.

"It's fine. I understand if you don't want to share it with me," Soyeon said with a sad smile. She'd never had friends before, let alone share secrets with her. She was just about to back off when Hazel nudged her and said, "Yesterday night, I sneaked out of my house."

"Oh yeah? Like I'm gonna believe that? What were your parents doing?"

"You can believe if you want to," she looked right into her eyes. "Look," she widened her eyes to show that she was telling her the truth.

"Okay...now you're scaring me. Don't widen your eyes like that, your eye balls might pop out," she teased earning a frown from her.

"The point is, I'm telling the truth. And it's a secret...promise me that you won't tell anybody," she held out her pinkie finger.

"O-kay... This is kind of interesting," Soyeon leaned forward to listen more.

"Yesterday night," she drawled her words like a song. "I..."

"Uh-huh," Soyeon leaned closer expectantly, wanting to listen more. Her way of keeping up the suspense was getting her all hyped up.

"I actually —"

"What's the discussion going on girls?" Mr. Baldy cut through their conversation. "Is it relevant to the class? Can you share it with the class?"

Both of them were eventually, sent out of the class.

"Now, let the secret be worth listening to, okay? We've bunked a class for this," Soyeon grimaced, sitting in the stool opposite Hazel's in their school canteen.

She opened her mouth to talk when Soyeon interjected, "No more suspense. Come straight to the point," she sipped her cup of coffee.

"Okay I spent the night at a love motel"

"You what?" Soyoen shrieked aloud and choked on her coffee, turning all heads towards them.

Keep it down, Hazel mouthed.

"You..." she lowered her voice as she continued. "You spent the night at a love motel with Mr. Oh? You did 'it'?" her eyes widened in amusement.

"Hold on. What! Don't jump to conclusions like that. It wasn't Mr. Oh in the first place, it was Kai"

"Kai?", her jaw dropped slack. "As in that bully, Kai? You did it with KAI? That's even worse", she clenched her chest dramatically. "Did you guys use protection at least? Don't tell you forgot that! Oh my God, I knew this day would come but I wasn't expecting it so fas—"

"I didn't do anything with anyone, alright," she breathed angrily. "Listen to me..." she narrated the entire story to Soyeon with a detailed description while the latter listened to it with an awestruck expression.

"Wow. That was like a scene straight out of a movie. Are you sure you didn't add any spice here and there to make it interesting?" Soyeon questioned.

"Of course not"

"That's so lucky of you girl. I hate to admit but that guy Kai is cool", Soyeon marvelled. "He is like a hero...or a villain, I don't know but he's definitely cool"

"I know right!", Hazel sighed and munched on a sandwich. "I mish every bit of yeshterday night"

"Uh-huh" she took a sip of her coffee. "So all that hugging-him on the bike caused butterflies in your stomach, huh? You like him."

"It's not like that I—", she paused. Since the beginning, she had been dismissing people telling that she didn't consider guys in that way but this time was different. She would be clearly lying if she said that she wasn't 'feeling' anything. She did have feelings for Kai.

"Oh boy! This is serious. Look at you blushing," Soyeon commented. "But what about Mr. Oh then?"

"What about him? Mr. Oh is my teacher and he's so good. He's caring and mature and everything and I kind of like—", she paused again. Oh no! What's happening to me? she thought to herself.

"Gosh! You're so clueless, my girl. Now see, you're torn between two guys..." Soyeon shook her head. "...or one guy and a man to put it in right words" she muttered.

"Ugh," Hazel pouted. "I mean, although I don't completely agree that I like them, I do want to know one thing," she stated. "If you were in my place, who would you have chosen?"

"Shall I be honest?"

Hazel nodded a yes.

"I wouldn't have chosen either of them," she propped her elbows on the table. "Come on, one is a teacher and the other is a fricking bully," she threw her hands up in frustration.

Poor Kyungsoo, Soyeon thought to herself. From the way how Kyungsoo always talked about Hazel with pure adoration made her realize how deeply he'd loved her.

"Don't worry too much Hazel. It's okay you'll figure out soon. Also, I suggest an effective method to pick the right option," Soyeon suggested.

"Tell me, tell me"

"Give them marks. See who scores the best between the two. Each time, each of these guys make your heart race, you consider that they've scored a point. And to sum it up, whoever gets the highest score will be the winner"

"You've got to be kidding me," Hazel rolled her eyes. "This is not like your subjects where you can give them marks. You've gone crazy from all the studying, Soyeon."

"Anyways, I'm glad for you," Soyeon nodded her head. "I initially thought that you banged our teach—"

"Excuse me ladies," Mr. Sehun interrupted their conversation making both of them clearly startled. "Don't y'all have classes going on?"

They both sat perplexed not knowing what to say.

"Bunking classes again?" Mr. Sehun asked and pulled a seat to sit beside Hazel.

"Baldy kicked us out," Hazel laughed awkwardly.

"I can't blame y'all though. Baldy's so boring," Mr. Sehun agreed. "Don't mind me girls. I hope I'm not interrupting your conversation," he said and placed his breakfast on the table. "Y'all can continue the conversation"

They both stole awkward glances at each other.

"Soyeon you were telling something like bang, if I'm not wrong," Mr. Sehun munched on his bread.

"Yes, she was telling that we enjoyed watching yesterday's Big Bang Theory episode", Hazel said with an awkward smile to save the situation.

A/N: Hey guys! So this was short update but a vital one right? Cause now we know that Hazel likes both Kai and Sehun. It was like a special chapter. Anyways, I wanted to create some humor and hence the chapter. Hope y'all liked it. Exams are fast approaching so I don't know when I'll be back to my normal writing schedule. I'm unsure as to when my writing hiatus will end but hopefully, I'll be back soon. Until then, stay safe and keep rooting for my updates. Love you guys ♥
